Snow-dusted evergreens frame your arrival, and the quiet mountain setting immediately sets the tone for a relaxed Whistler escape. Evenings unfold beside the stone fireplace, warm light reflecting off vaulted ceilings while mountain air drifts beyond expansive windows. From early-morning ski runs to unhurried fireside nights, this three-story chalet places you steps from Blackcomb Mountain with sought-after ski access.
Living spaces
Spread across three levels, the chalet balances gathering space with privacy. The open-plan main level centers around a striking stone fireplace and generous windows that frame Rainbow Mountain and surrounding forest. A dedicated media room with projector and gas fireplace offers a second cozy retreat for movie nights, while multiple TVs provide additional entertainment. Air conditioning, heating, indoor fireplaces, and portable fans ensure comfort throughout the seasons.
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen is designed for shared meals after long winter days, featuring double ovens, stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and a spacious island for conversation and prep. A dining table seats eight guests comfortably, creating an inviting setting for relaxed breakfasts before heading out to the gondola.
Sleeping arrangements
The chalet accommodates up to 10 guests across five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms.
Upstairs, the primary bedroom includes a walk-in closet, gas fireplace, private balcony, and an ensuite with bathtub and glass-enclosed shower. A second upstairs bedroom features two bunk beds and its own ensuite with shower and walk-in wardrobe.
On the lower level, the third bedroom offers a Tribunk and ensuite with bathtub and shower. The fourth bedroom includes a king bed, ensuite, and access to the hot tub deck. The fifth bedroom features a king bed, fireplace, reading nook, and ensuite. A main-level powder room adds convenience.
Outdoor living & ski access
After skiing, ease into the private hot tub surrounded by crisp alpine air. The large deck and patio provide space to step outside between snowfalls. Dedicated ski storage simplifies transitions from chalet to slopes. Ski access connects to the Yellow Brick Road Run and Blackcomb Gondola via a brief 100-meter walk along the street and is snow-dependent.
Practical details
A two-car garage, additional visitor parking, washer and dryer, WiFi, dedicated workspace, self check-in with smart lock, and long-term stays allowed add everyday ease to your mountain stay.

This home is near an ongoing construction project. No activity takes place during weekends or the Christmas and New Year holidays.
Summit Chalet blends convenience, space, and direct access to Whistler’s alpine setting, offering a retreat where you can be close to both the village and the mountain.
Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by visitor parking. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Summit Chalet is located in one of Whistler’s most exclusive ski-in/ski-out neighbourhoods on the slopes of Blackcomb Mountain. With only a handful of private residences, it offers a quiet and luxurious alpine setting just minutes from Whistler Village. From Summit Chalet, guests enjoy direct access to the Yellow Brick Road ski run—just a short 100-meter walk from the front door—leading to the Blackcomb Gondola and the base of the mountain.
Getting Around:
• 1-minute walk to Yellow Brick Road ski run.
• 3-minute drive or 19-minute walk to Upper Village (much shorter and direct if walking down the ski run).
• 4-minute drive or 19-minute walk to Whistler Village.
• 25-minute walk to the small Upper Village Market
• 6-minute drive to Fresh St. Market
• 30-minute walk or 4-minute drive to Chateau Fairmont Golf Course.
• 45-minute walk or 15-minute cycle to Lost Lake
Other Things to Note:
• The homesite next door is under construction. Construction is typically active from 7:30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. However, Whistler municipality permits construction from 7:30 am to 8 pm daily. Construction noise may come from machinery, vehicles, and workers. We’ve applied a construction discount to recognize potential noise disturbances and inconveniences. No further construction compensation will be offered.
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
