Situated just 15 minutes' walk from the beach, Villa Mayakoba is a laidback holiday haven with all the modern conveniences to ensure a comfortable stay. Cook up a storm in the well-equipped kitchen, then step down into the dining space where floor-to-ceiling glass doors offer light-filled views from the eight-seater table out to the pool and backyard. When you'd prefer to dine alfresco, slide the doors open to a second table setting on the undercover patio.

The loungeroom is spacious and welcoming, with large sofas around the TV providing a comfortable area to take a nap or watch a movie. Outside, there are multiple options for dining and relaxing, with a corner lounge in the cabana as well as several comfy seats under the shade of the palms. Cook up a feast on the BBQ grill and dine picnic-style on the grassed area overlooking the pool.

Four bedrooms accommodate a total of eight guests. The main bedroom offers a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom and the third bedrooms have double beds. The fourth bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a desk for work or study.

In the main bathroom you'll find a deep, generous-sized bathtub to take a relaxing soak, while a separate laundry offers a washing machine as well as a second toilet and shower.

Located an hour and 45 minutes' drive from Sydney, Caves Beach is conveniently situated just off the freeway on the Swansea peninsula.

There are beautiful beaches and sandy inlets nearby, with Caves Beach itself a 15-minute walk from the house. A network of sea caves at the southern end can be explored at low tide, and the beach has BBQ facilities and a picnic area.

An IGA supermarket and pharmacy are within an easy walk, as well as a range of cafes and eateries.
