Guests are greeted by a spacious living area and light-filled kitchen where you’ll find everything needed to cook meals at home. This welcoming space includes a four-seater table as well as a comfy sofa and chaise to kick back with a movie, while a cosy armchair in the corner is the perfect spot to settle in with your favourite book.

Two bedrooms sleep three guests, with the master bedroom featuring a queen-size bed and mirrored built-ins while the second bedroom offers an already set-up queen-size Murphy bed, as well as a dedicated workspace if you need a quiet space for meetings. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and bathtub combination with essential toiletries included.

Additional conveniences include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and secure parking for one car.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourself. Please make yourself at home!

Coogee Beach is less than 15 minutes’ walk, or a few minutes’ drive, where you’ll find plenty of places to eat, drink and shop in between swims. You’ll be also within easy walking distance of parks and cafes dotted around Randwick.

Stroll to public transport including bus stops that regularly service the city and surrounding suburbs. The Prince of Wales Hospital and the University of NSW are both less than 20 minutes’ walk. Nearby attractions include Wylie’s Baths, the Royal Botanic Garden, the Art Gallery of New South Wales, Hyde Park and the Australian Museum.

Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

~Long Stays~
Stays of 21 days or more will incur an additional $120 fee, charged separately, to cover the cost of a deep clean and maintain the property's cleanliness after an extended stay. In-stay cleans are available for $275 and include a full cleaning service with professionally laundered fresh linen.

~ Baby Items ~
There is a portable travel cot available at the property which we can set up for you if requested. Unless specified, the portable travel cot will be placed in the primary bedroom of the property.
Note that our portable travel cots do not come with linens (sheets) or pillows. You would need to supply these items yourself. The property also has a highchair available, which we can have set up for you if requested.

Sydney is a warm, urban city, and occasionally a bug or two may find its way inside, sometimes through a window or balcony door. This property has been professionally treated at the start of summer and a spray is provided as a backup.
