Nestled on the edge of Pyrmont and Darling Harbour, this modern apartment is walking distance to The Star, Sydney Fish Market, ICC Sydney and the CBD. It has been professionally styled with all the creature comforts for an enjoyable stay. The open plan living flows to a private patio with seating to enjoy some fresh air, while inside the apartment has a full kitchen, modern bathroom, smart TV, Queen bedroom (and additional sofa bed in the living room) as well as internal laundry facilities.
Please consider that there is ongoing construction onsite until further notice and there is potential for noise throughout the day.

Nestled minutes' walk to Darling Harbour, this Pyrmont apartment has the harbour on its doorstep and is surrounded by excellent dining and entertainment.

It has been thoughtfully-styled for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Light-filled throughout it offers open plan living that extends to a private patio, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee.

The queen sized bedroom features high-quality linens and has a sliding door that can be kept open or shut for extra privacy. In the living room, the sofa bed can be transformed into a queen pull-out bed to comfortably sleep an additional two adults.

You'll be spoilt for choice for eating out, but if you'd rather stay in, the kitchen has everything you'll need to get started. There's an oven and gas stove top, microwave, fridge and freezer and dishwasher along with all your basic utensils. The kitchen comes stocked with tea, coffee, sugar and olive oil for guests to use during their stay.

The living room has plenty of space to kick back with a coffee table and flat screen smart TV. There is a two-person dining table for meals at home or catching up on a bit of work.

In the bathroom, there is a shower, toilet and mirrored vanity - all presented to perfection. Amenities are included for your stay.

There are laundry facilities within the apartment including a washing machine and dryer and ironing facilities.

Feel free to request the setup of the sofa bed along with extra linen. Please be aware that there is a $80 charge for this service. Kindly remember to make this request; otherwise, the sofa bed won't be arranged.
Key collection has been made easy, as we use a lockbox system. This allows you to come and go on your own time. Once you have confirmed the booking we will send you through the details on how to find and operate the lockbox.

If anything comes up during your stay I am more than happy to help. Once the booking is confirmed I will send you through my mobile number, if needed you can contact me at any time during your stay.

You'll have the entire apartment to yourself.

The waterfront suburb of Pyrmont combines heritage streetscapes with notable dining and entertainment. Footsteps to Darling Harbour, it is an excellent base for exploring the harbour Sydney. The neighbourhood offers lovely waterfront parks, cliff top walking trails and interesting architecture. It’s also home to the world-famous Sydney Fish Market, located on the harbour at Blackwattle Bay. Head here for your fill of fresh seafood and iconic views. Or, eat your way through The Star’s signature restaurants including Sokyo, Momofuku Seiōbo and Black Bar and Grill.

Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

Due to its central location, the apartment may be exposed to traffic noise, making it unsuitable for light sleepers.

You will need to use two sets of stairs to reach the apartment. There is no lift.

Fantastic experience/location

This property is a gem in an ideal location of Pyrmont, within short walking distance of restaurants, Coles and Woolies grocery stores, and the Sydney CBD. Great informative property manager!

Bigger than a Hotel Room

The apartment was comfortable and clean. It was a little confusing on arrival as we were at a pizza shop with the provided address. (Accommodation was accessed at the back.) Note: 2 flights of stairs, in case that presents a challenge for you. A few pantry items available but it would have been nice to have the equivalent of a hotel for tea/coffee/milk. Three people were booked in but only 2 towels provided. The air con filter was clogged with dust but a quick vacuum improved performance. A bus pulls up at said pizza shop, but it will be even better when the new train station, adjacent, opens up. Currently, there are some ongoing noises in the day time while that work is being completed. Quiet in the evenings and on Sunday.On arrival
