Corner windows on both sides draw in abundant natural light, and can be opened in the summer to enjoy the fresh breezes wafting off Port Phillip Bay. A telescope next to the window is perfect for close-up views of the CBD.

The living room can also be converted into an airy, bright dining space with the addition of the study desk from the bedroom, which cleverly unfolds to form a full-sized dining room table that seats six.
