There are three main buildings at WinterGreen Manor. A private residence, the Queens Chalet studio, and the Glass Pavilion 3 bedroom accommodation. This listing is for the Glass Pavilion only. You will have the Glass Pavilion for yourself with no shared spaces or facilities apart from the gardens.

The property is a magnificent gem of traditional architecture true to the heritage of the Sunshine Coast hinterlands. The Glass Pavilion as well as the surrounding area reflect the hinterland charm and is the perfect spot to relax.

WinterGreen Manor is only 5 minutes to the Maleny town and 8 minutes to Montville and within close range to a great selection of restaurants and cafes. To mention a few: The Long Apron, The Tamarind, Mapleton Public House, The Terrace Seafood, Sukhothai, Gypsy's Table, Maleny Lane, Lane 32 Woodfired, Monicas, Sarahs, Maleny Food Co. The major wedding venues, Tiffanys, The Old Dairy, Maleny Manor and many more are just a short drive.

ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION
The Glass Pavilion is private and separate all ground level accommodation for up to 6 guests totalling a generous 140 square metres of non-shared living and kitchen, including three beautifully appointed bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

THE BEDROOMS
All three bedrooms have wonderful decor and property features, large arched windows, gorgeous historic leadlight, huge mirrors, high ceilings, fully reverse cycle air conditioning/heating. The spacious first bedroom overlooks the WinterGreen main garden with a Queen bed. Next door is the equally spacious second bedroom with a Queen bed and the oversized third bedroom features a King bed and relaxing private sitting area. All linen is provided.

THE LOUNGE-DINING AREA
Offers spacious casual entertaining, large French glass doors overlooking the WinterGreen gardens, high glass ceiling for a stunning starry night experience and large heritage arched windows with views to the Fairytale rose garden with more than 80 roses all in blends of peach and apricot hues.
Stylish and comfortable soft seating arrangements, large 65 inch TV and a generous dining table with six guest seating.

MAIN BATHROOM
Huge bathroom featuring walk-in shower with dual rain shower heads or take a relaxing soak in the large bathtub. Two vanities and toilet.

POWDER ROOM
Separate toilet and handbasin.

KITCHEN
The open plan kitchen is well equipped, with refrigerator, oven, convection hot plates, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee pod machine, kettle, crockery, cutlery and more
Complimentary filtered spring water is provided through the water chiller as well as a selection of teas and coffee. A bottle of local fresh Maleny Milk is provided on arrival.

THE GARDEN PAVILION
Enjoy a delightful cup of morning tea or a glass of champagne in the afternoon and soak in the romantic and idyllic setting surrounded by lush gardens and lawns, large established trees, and a variety of rare birds.

GARDENS
The grounds of WinterGreen Manor are surrounded by various smaller and larger gardens; the WinterGreen Garden, Fairytale Garden, Tree House garden, Queens garden and Cottage garden. With well over 250 roses throughout the property, should you stay here during the rose blooming season (approx September through to March) you are sure to be delighted by beautiful blooms, fragrances, and romantic surroundings as you stroll through the gardens.
To bring delight to your stay there are many other varieties of flowering cottage garden plants and bushes to enjoy through the ever-changing seasons.
