Located at the base of the Park City Mountain Resort, you’ll be literally steps away from world-class skiing, incredible hiking, the gondola, and delicious local dining options— not to mention a clubhouse that’s stacked to the rafters with tons of amazing amenities. Red Pine Y2 is an exquisite spot for couples or small families to call home in Park City.
Surrounded by mature evergreen trees and views of the rolling hills and the nearby Cabriolet, Red Pine Y2 has a divine common LIVING AREA. Pour yourself a cocktail and relax on the luxe, velvety sofa, which can easily fold out to a comfy queen-size bed upon request. The sofa faces a crackling gas fireplace which is ideal on those chilly mountain evenings, and a 50” HDTV which is all set up to stream your favorite movie or TV show. The property is right next to the road which made it quite noisy with drive-by traffic. We would have preferred a building / condo off the main road. The patio mentioned in the listing had no outside seating so we could not enjoy sitting outside to enjoy the weather.Instead we could only open the back sliding door for some fresh air -- and this was necessary because the condo smelled musty upon arrival. We tried to open the bedroom window to let in some air but there was no screen on the window and bugs were coming in.The toilet had problems flushing multiple times and only worked properly the last day of our stay because I spent about 10 minutes plunging and flushing and plunging and flushing to get it to work.We tried to get the fireplace to work but couldn't figure it out so we gave up.
