Hermosa casa frente a la bahía con vistas al puerto de Ottens. Cuatro habitaciones, tres baños completos, medio baño, ducha al aire libre y a poca distancia de algunos de los famosos restaurantes y bares de Wildwood. Incluye deslizamiento de barco, tabla de remo, canoa y kayak. Amplio dormitorio principal con bañera de hidromasaje y terraza. Segundo salir de la cubierta de la sala de estar. Otros tres dormitorios con mucho espacio para más de una familia. Cocina moderna con electrodomésticos nuevos. Incluye lavadora y secadora, 4 televisores LED, internet de alta velocidad, cable y aire central.

El nivel inferior de la casa incluye una cocina de vanguardia adicional con una parrilla superior Jenn-Air, lavaplatos, fregadero, microondas, cafetera y doble puerta de acero inoxidable con una hermosa mesa de billar, el tercer baño completo en este nivel, gran televisor de pantalla plana, alojamiento adicional para dormir para cuatro, 12 bicicletas y un control deslizante al espacioso y encantador patio de piedra EP Henry.

¡Disfruta de la espaciosa sala grande en el piso principal con hermosas vistas de la bahía que tiene una terraza y una escalera de caracol que conducen al nuevo EP Henry Patio y mucho, mucho más! Beautiful place with many amenities and a great view! Plenty of space to spread out and close to some wonderful restaurants! We were able to walk to Mud Hen, one of our favorites and Beach Creek as well.

Great Location, Great for Families!

We stayed for a week at this house in Wildwood. It had plenty of space for my husband, myself and put two kids. Easy distance from the boardwalk, and access to the canal behind the house for some fun summer swimming. Mike was super welcoming and made our stay great!

Great "On the Bay" property

This property is a great location. Within walking distance to restaurants and stores. It is on the bay for swimming or boating. There are fun things to do: Pool Table, Rafts, Bikes. Spacious with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Sunsets are fantastic

Very Disappointed

-While the owner, Mike, was nice and allowed us to check in a little bit early, communication was not on par with other hosts whose homes we’ve rented - took over 24 hours for a response to our first message while onsite and no response to our second message. -The home, on the surface seemed pretty clean at first inspection, but seemed like it was really was just spot-cleaned. -Linens and towels were provided but the beds were not made - mixed-match sheets were simply left folded on each bed - this was the first time we have ever experienced this. May seem trivial but having beds already made and inviting really sets the tone for the stay. -The furniture was very worn and missing buttons, etc. The carpets were old and very worn. The bed in the middle bedroom was not level - the left side was worn and unleveled with the right. -The listing said that there was a hot tub - we could not find it anywhere. Nor did it truly have a jacuzzi tub - the button was not connected to anything (you could literally pull it out and there was an empty hole). Text to the owner about where the hot tub was as well as how to turn on the jacuzzi jets was met with no response. -There were ant traps placed all over the kitchen…on counters, on floors…not dog/child friendly. -I had high expectations that this home would be the best one we’ve rented yet by the shore but it turned out to be the worst. It felt more like a stay at a run-down motel.

Planning to book next year….

My husband and I stayed at this wonderful property (just the two of us) for a few days until our kids came down. From start to finish, we had a blast! The kids loved the bay— swam and used the floats that were provided. Absolutely beautiful sunsets and just an overall relaxing time. Mike was easy to connect with as well. Love this place!

Great stay for families

My family and I had an amazing time at this property. It was right on water with very nice neighbors in a safe neighborhood. House was clean with lots of amenities. All attractions were a bike ride away. Owner was super friendly and very responsive every time! Highly recommend:)

Great Baycation!

We had a great visit here! It met our needs as we wanted to include our pets and also bring our own boat. The house location is amazing with proximity to bars, restaurants, shopping and the beach! We had a wonderful time. To be completely transparent we hope that the owners invest in the property by getting new flooring, doors and appliances. While all the land and water sports items are nice some were in disrepair and plan to bring your own adult life-vests as only youth and small vests were available. These items are tired and need to be updated. Our rating with updates would be a five star.

Wonderful Beach House

My husband, daughter and I had a fantastic stay at this property. It was just a few blocks from the beach and the pier, and had everything we needed. The home was clean and well stocked. The owner was extremely kind and responsive. He did his best to make sure we had a fantastic stay, which we did! Highly recommend.

Wildwood vacation

the house and location are great, very nice neighbors. Lots of room for our family, the description of the home is accurate. The owner is very nice and is easy to communicate with. All of the extras include with the home made our time there very enjoyable. We would stay at this home again.

Lots of things to do

If you love being at the water and at the beach, this property is for you. A short trip to a nice beach (we biked, drove and walked there on different trips) and it was easy. However, we also swam off the dock. The house also has a lot of amenities to use. We had a great week.

Best stay in WW!!

Book it! The house is just incredible, being right on the bay made it our best stay in WW yet. The house is clean and has everything that you would need to live the bay life. There are lots of bikes to take down to the beach and there is access for a boat as well. Mike was great and extremely accommodating. He communicates quickly and effectively! There was plenty of space for everyone, comfortable rooms, and the neighbors were fun! We can’t wait to come back!

Nice mini vacation

This house was one of the best places we have stayed in in WW! Micheal is a great owner who really cares about his home. When we got there he was still cleaning but had called to ask when we would be there, my husband and Micheal spent a hour or more talking.. Very pleasant host and the house was great being able to bring our granddogs with us was awesome! We'll stocked home! We will be back!

Great Stay at Property!

Nice Property in Wildwood! Mike was incredibly helpful with our request, and he even offered free early check in and late check out. The property is in nice condition and plenty of amenities inside. The area was closed during winter, but we don’t need to get out of the house since it offers so much! Would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Peaceful

Check in was easy. We were all there for a wedding. My 4 daughters and 5 grandchildren, ages 12 thru 21, loved the place. Plenty of fun things to do without leaving the house. Wish we had more time, would’ve loved using all the water gear provided by Michael. Lots of bicycles, aquatic boats, boards, etc. lovely pool table, lots of board games, electronic dart board, beer pong game, etc. Plenty of room for everyone. Michael was quick to respond and very helpful and easy going. Everyone had a great time, thank you and I would strongly recommend staying at this home. I know we will when we come back to Wildwood again.

Beach House

This was a wonderful house with several amenities! It is super peaceful to be on the lagoon, and dealing with Mike was wonderful. Highly recommend him and his place!!

Great vacation

House was nice. Beautiful views. Owner was still cleaning house when we arrived was ok with it at first but he was there for 4 hours! Other than that great vacation !!!

Amazing

This house is awesome! Michael is amazing! We had some questions before our arrival and he answered immediately. We are a family a 6 and had more than enough room. The house was spotless. We can’t wait to rent this house next year!!

Family fun time

It was a great place to sit and relax. We crabbed and fished off the dock. We rented a boat that we could dock at the house which was fun.

Look no further!

Great two weeks in wildwood! This house is right on the water and has all the “toys” for a fun filled week. Located close to a park with tennis, pickleball, basketball and playground makes it easy for some family fun when your not sitting on the beach or playing in the canal. The home owner has great communication and will make sure your stay goes smoothly.

Wildwood, NJ vacation

The house was spacious. It had plenty of room for our 4 adults and 5 children. The location was good. It had a nice view of the bay and evening sunsets. We enjoyed the outside space and even rented a boat the one day, so it was nice that the house had its own boat slip! The house wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. It was also advertised to have beach chairs, bikes, fishing rods, etc. We couldn’t find any beach chairs, the bikes were old and rusted and the fishing rods didn’t work. That was a little disappointing. Our first 24+ hours at the property, we did not have hot water. We reached out to the owner a few times before hearing back. We did have someone come out and they were able to fix it fairly quickly, thank goodness! Overall, I’d say 3/5 stars for this property!

Morning bike rides are allowed on the boardwalk, until noon in the summer. This property overlooks Otten's Harbor with gorgeous sunset views every night. There are numerous other exciting and fun-filled attractions for all ages to enjoy! The locals are super friendly and always helpful to tourists.
