Welcome to captivating views of the ocean ideal for unwinding and unplugging from reality. You are sure to recapture your island soul and fulfill all your tropical fantasies here. This delightful and newly furnished family retreat offers magnificent views, a soothing hot tub and is the perfect spot for finding your zen and casting your cares away. Located in a small, manufactured home community called "Bone Island'', this home is but a brief 10-15 minute Uber ride to all the excitement that is Key West and the famous Duval Street. Enjoy being a close to some of the best food, such as Hogfish Grill, Roostica or Chicos Cantina. Travel over to Hurricane Hole for happy hour and kayak tours from Lazy Dog or rent a boat for the day out of Stock Rock Cafe at Cow Key Marina.
***PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE

DETAILS AND AMENITIES:
This home has all the basic amenities you'll need to relax under the tropical sky and enjoy all the creature comforts you expect. After a day of adventures in the salty waters, come home to this perfect retreat. Settle down on your cozy furnishings for an evening of your favorite tv shows (cable tv and wifi included) and cook your fresh catch of the day in the well stocked kitchen, which includes a stainless refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, toaster and Keurig coffee maker. There is also a stackable washer/dryer in the unit.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS…
The primary bedroom features a brand new king size bed. The second bedroom features a twin/trundle that sleeps 2. For additional sleeping, the sleeper sofa in the living rooms pulls out to a queen bed. The hall bathroom includes a shower/tub combination.

OUTDOOR LIVING…
Park your boat on the private dock for your entire stay, fish off the dock and enjoy elevated views of the Atlantic Ocean. Then wash the day off in the hot tub and grill up your fresh catch of the day! Trailer parking is not included (see PARKING below). Key Haven public ramp is 0.7 miles. Go for a guided or private kayak tour nearby, or have kayaks delivered through our concierge service. Swimming off the dock is not recommended due to boat traffic and strong currents.
**Kayaks, paddle boards and bikes are not provided, but our concierge service will be happy to assist you with arranging for rentals to be delivered for your stay!
***The dock is 24 feet in length. Due to extreme tide fluctuation please refer to your tide charts for boating and dockage depths.

PARKING...
There is one private parking spot included with your stay. Trailer parking is not included--please contact a local marina.

PETS...
1 dog under 35 lbs is permitted at this home and a pet fee is required. Please include the size/breed when inquiring.

CONCIERGE SERVICES...
Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival!

CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

It was a very nice house on the canal. The pictures are exact very comfortable house, easy check-in and very quiet. Also, very private. Me and my best friend enjoyed the week we stayed here.

The perfect place to stay. Very clean and stocked with everything we needed during our stay (beach towels, kitchen items, grill, wine opener). Great communication with the host and easy self check in/out. Lots of good restaurants walking distance (Hogfish, Deluna). Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We loved our stay at One Particular Harbor. Spent mornings and evenings relaxing on the deck or on the dock or around the tiki table. A short drive to Key West. It was a perfect place for our getaway!!

This is a small place perfect for 2 adults and very private. The dock is very peaceful to watch wildlife, birds, iganuas and we had a manatee visit, Extremely clean and very comfortable bed and quality linens. Kitchen had all the basic things to cook with and appreciated the full dish soap and laundry detergent as we stayed for a week. Note if you plan to boat, the water is extremely shallow and the harbour is tricky to navigate as it is also very shallow. We had a kayak and had to note the tides to be able to explore more than the one channel out. Easy walk to three food options- highly recommend Roostico for great italian food and pizza. Short 10 min drive to stores and downtown keywest. Good communication with property manager and easy check in.

We enjoyed our stay overall. The property was clean and well maintained, which made for a comfortable visit. The deck was a great space to relax, and the hot tub was a definite highlight—perfect for unwinding at the end of the day.The main drawback was the location, which wasn’t quite as convenient or desirable as we had expected. Aside from that, the rental itself was pleasant and offered some nice amenities.

Perfect. Clean, well decorated, amazing views & property layout. Quintessential Keys home. I live in Key West but you can not get Ocean View or the space for this deal. I will definitely be renting again. Also, a plus it was pet friendly & Staff was amazing. Feels like home away from home - my family was very impressed.

This is a fantastic place to stay if you're looking for a more local Key West experience. The location is excellent. Less than 5 minutes from Key West and only about 15 minutes from Duval Street. We were able to walk to several restaurants and a small convenience store for snacks. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we cooked dinner there three nights without any issues. There isn’t a traditional coffee maker, but there is a Keurig, so be sure to bring your own pods.All of the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained.We went snorkeling during our stay. There was some algae near shore, which is typical for the ocean, but the water became much clearer farther out. We saw plenty of fish, birds, and iguanas.We also used the hot tub once. It was comfortable without needing to turn on the heat, making it a nice place to relax. Communication with the host was excellent. They were responsive, easy to reach, and answered our questions quickly.The property includes one parking space. It was a tight fit for our minivan, so larger vehicles or trucks may have difficulty, but standard cars and most minivans should be fine.Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this property again if we return to Key West.

Good location from KW. Close to good restaurants and grocery store.Property was clean and as described in listing. Management was friendly and helpful. No issues at all with our stay. Would recommend for anyone wanting to stay close to KW.

We had a wonderful time. Our dog was particularly interested in any roaming roosters. Since we could not get our dog interested in riding in my kayak on the mangrove trail off the Riviera Canal, we made use of the house's water access and paddled over to the large mangrove islands and found trails there. The house was very comfortable (in cooler and hotter weather, both occurred during our stay) and we made full use of the gas grill, cooking out for 4 nights. It has been the best cooking gas grill for any house we have rented over the years. My husband commented on how clean the house was (that was a first), so kudos to the cleaners! We also appreciated that the parking spot was under the house and therefore in the shade (we have a Subaru Crosstrek).

Very nice spot!

Great place in a very convenient location! Pull out couch isn’t the most comfortable thing in the world, but it sleeps. Super clean, super easy check in (was even able to get in early) and a great price!

Nice spot on the bay

Great little spot on the bay, with lots of seating options to enjoy time outside by the water. The house is only about 20 min from downtown/ fort Thompson Beach and a 40 min bike ride. Very relaxing, would stay again/ reccomend.
