This stylish air conditioned and recently renovated apartment is in a prime, `walk-to-everything` location ensures coastal living has never been so easy. Take in the beautiful ocean and city views from your living room and balcony. You have a truly centrally located large 1 bedroom 1 bathroom adobe with internal laundry, full kitchen, large balcony and beautiful views from the 9th floor position. Rooftop pool overlooking Cairns, secure parking, Cairns Central Shopping Centre just across the road.

* One bedroom with full kitchen, living / dining, bathroom, internal laundry & large balcony with ocean views

* Secure parking for one car (not suitable for larger cars) & lift access
* Roof top swimming pool & games room overlooking Cairns
Guests will have access to the garage (secure parking for 1 car, not suitable for larger cars!), main lobby/reception area (tour bookings, etc.), level 3 (medical offices), level 9 where the apartment is located and the rooftop where you`ll find the rooftop pool and gaming area.
Please note there`s no daily cleaning, linen change, you can however request cleaning and linen change services during your stay against the standard cleaning fee.
We live in Cairns City and we`ll be contactable via the Airbnb app and mobile phone (call & sms) throughout your stay. We`ll always be a call or message away if you have any questions.
The apartment complex is located in the city centre, just across the road from Cairns Central Shopping Centre. From this location you can literally walk to everywhere that the city centre has to offer: pubs, bars, restaurants, cafes, Esplanade, Lagoon, tour offices, medical offices, public transport, etc.
There`s secure parking for 1 car (standard car size only, wouldn`t fit a big 4WD or long ute, truck) and if you`re not going to rent a car but planning to discover larger Cairns area (Northern Beaches, Palm Cove, Kuranda Daintree, etc.) there`s public transport and shuttle services available and UBER is also available in Cairns.
