The Space:
Snow settles quietly over the trees as you arrive, the forest muffling sound and the mountains rising just beyond the deck. Inside, warmth spreads from the gas fireplace while winter light pours through wide windows, framing ski runs etched into the hillside. After a day on the slopes, the hot tub steams in the cold air, tucked beneath a canopy of evergreens.
This standalone chalet is set in Whistler’s Taluswood neighborhood above Creekside, offering a peaceful setting with seasonal ski-in/ski-out access via nearby trails. Spread across multiple levels and approximately 2,600 sq ft, the home balances privacy and connection, with generous indoor spaces and expansive decks that look out to the surrounding forest and mountain terrain. Direct access to skiing, and close proximity to year-round hiking and biking routes, make the location well suited to every season.
Living areas
The main level is arranged around an open living, dining, and kitchen space. Vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace anchor the living area, creating a comfortable place to gather after winter days outdoors. Radiant in-floor heating runs throughout the home, while air conditioning is available on the upper floors. Seating flows easily between the living room, dining table, and breakfast bar, supporting shared meals and relaxed evenings.
Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking, with stainless steel appliances and ample workspace. The dining table seats six, with additional seating at the breakfast bar. Just outside, a balcony with a BBQ extends the kitchen space and offers a wintery mountain backdrop when conditions allow.
Sleeping arrangements
The primary suite occupies the entire upper level and includes a king bed, walk-in wardrobe, private balcony, and a 4-piece ensuite with freestanding tub, separate shower, and double vanity. On the lower level, a second bedroom features a king bed and its own ensuite with a tub and shower combination. The third bedroom has a queen bed and direct access to the hot tub deck, while the fourth bedroom offers a queen bed and closet storage. A shared jack-and-jill bathroom with double vanity and step-in shower serves the lower bedrooms, and a separate powder room adds convenience.
Outdoor living and amenities
Multiple decks provide space to step outside and take in the winter setting. The hot tub is positioned on a lower deck surrounded by trees, offering a quiet place to unwind. The heated garage provides parking for one vehicle along with ski and boot storage, with additional driveway parking available. WiFi, a dedicated workspace, laundry facilities, and self check-in with a smart lock are included for ease throughout your stay.
Neighborhood
Taluswood offers a forested, residential atmosphere just above Creekside Village. In winter, intermediate ski trails connect the area to the Creekside Gondola, while shops, dining, and services remain a short drive away. The setting offers seclusion without feeling far removed from Whistler’s year-round activity.
Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A private garage provides parking for one vehicle. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Taluswood is perched high on Whistler Mountain in the peaceful Nordic neighbourhood, offering a quiet, forested setting with sweeping mountain views. With direct access to ski trails leading to Creekside, it’s ideal for intermediate skiers and snowboarders looking for a true slopeside experience. In summer, guests enjoy nearby hiking and biking trails, along with the serenity of being above the bustle of the village. Due to its secluded location, Taluswood is best suited for guests with a vehicle. While there’s no public transit in the immediate area, Creekside’s shops, restaurants, and gondola are just a short drive away, making it easy to enjoy both nature and convenience.

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
• Vehicle restriction. Trailers and other recreational vehicles such as ATV's, Snowmobiles, Watercraft of any kind, RV's, campers are not permitted in the complex.
