Perfect place for the family

We were in town due to a family funeral, and this house was even better than we anticipated! The house was clean and had everything we needed to cook for our family. The yard was perfect for the kids to burn off energy! We will definitely stay again our next trip. Highly recommend!

Charming old school property

The Chipley property matched the property description and the reviews. It is clean, spacious and well stocked. Close to a lot of parks and Chipley itself is cute. Check in and check out were easy and there is plenty of parking. Would recommend for family get togethers.

Just what we needed.

Communication was excellent. The place was clean and the living room furniture has been updated (it was comfortable). Also had starter packs of coffee!Would stay here again.

We were going n town for a funeral. This was our 2nd time staying at this property. It was again, perfection. We loved our stay and it met all of our needs. A great location for those visiting the Washington/ Holmes Counties area. The yard was great for the kids, and the walking trail just down the road from the house allowed us to get some good exercise. I cannot recommend this home enough!

Nice property

Stayed here for a wedding in the area. Property was clean and ac was cold. Living room furniture matched the time period decor but was a little uncomfortable. I would stay here again. Nice shower.

Lovely home, reminded me of my late grandma n papa. Dont change a thing! This place is a time capsule and we enjoyed every moment. Yard and lawn was great to walk around barefoot and bird watch. Very private and welcoming, so close to the state park and cypress spring. We were blessed to stay here and have our mothers birthday with all her sons; my brothers.

Chipley Ranch

Every year we are in Chipley for a family reunion. We have always stayed in hotels before and thought we'd try a rental this year. This worked out wonderful! The property is exactly the way it is described. We hope to rent again next year!

Comfortable/Homey/Clean

This country home is in a very nice location, in a beautiful setting. It has a very comfortable/homey feel. Nice area for walking with a nice bike path nearby. We enjoyed visiting Falling Waters State Park minutes from the house.The kitchen is well stocked. There are plenty of towels and wash cloths for the bathrooms, along with a good supply of bedding for the 4 bedrooms. Easy communication with the owner was appreciated. Easy entrance to the home. Would stay here again!

What we needed

We were a group of 4 adults and the house was more than enough for us! We just needed a place to rest our bodies after scuba diving in Panama City both days this wknd and it was nice to come back to a cooled house, big showers, and leather E- recliners! The Vintage look and feel was fun, with so many details that were unique (l really liked the guest bathroom wallpaper and the kitchen cabinets style!) The price was actually reasonable compared to so many other places we looked at, and the host was very responsive. I appreciated this place!
