Summer fun

Arrived at the property the week before the Fourth of July. Very nice home with five bedrooms that includes two masters, gourmet kitchen, porch swing, bikes and outdoor grill. The pools in watercolor are very nice with the main pool having a lazy river, a slide and several sections. The only complaint was there was no cleaning brush, sponger or anything for the hand wash (although there was dish soap) also there were no spices, which is odd since . most Vrbos have some leftover basics. Overall great property. Very clean!

We had the best time. The home was gorgeous and so comfortable. We were so Close to Publix, Camp Watercolor, and both watercolor shopping and Seaside. It was the best stay and we would come back every year!

The best stay and INCREDIBLE property management/amenities

We had the best girls trip in this house! Perfect location with amazing amenities. The property management company, Sanders Beach Rentals, made it SO easy to truly relax. They sent info in a timely and well organized manner and were extremely responsive! Also, we loved using the beach and camp water color access passes included with the house. The house is beautiful and the benefits that come with it are over the top!! Thank you for an amazing stay. Highly highly recommend!!

Great house for families, however, fewer bunk beds and more adult beds (kings) would have been better for us. Cleaning crew was still on site when we arrived at 4pm on 7/12/19. Shower in upstairs bath dripped continuously. Inspector tracked dirt on bath mats when looking at shower head. I received no response to my email on 7/15 at 12:28pm about workmen wanting access. Furniture covers need cleaning. Shower in 1st floor bath was clogged. Duvet cover in 1st floor bdrm needed cleaning (was stained). Kitchen needs more potholders, short glasses and cutting boards. (We purchased a plastic board and left it.) Loved size of dining table. Neighborhood, Water Color Camp and Beach Club were great. Bicycles were very much appreciated. Front left burner on stove did not go to high setting. Both dishwashers need new bottom racks (wheels are missing).

Amazing!! Walk to beach; feels brand new

What a wonderful house and location. Our family of six stayed at this house over the summer, while hosting many extended family members. We chose this house because of the close walk to the beach and the walkable proximity to the Watercolor and Seaside amenities. Having stayed at other houses on 30A over the past five years, lugging the towels, beach toys, boogie boards, etc. for us and the kids can get really exhausting if you’re not close! This house is perfectly located. The pool at the house is a fantastic addition, as we were able to use it frequently when coming back from the beach, enjoying time outside in the evenings, or staying close on a rainy day. On top of that, it feels brand new. The owners have done a fantastic job of keeping the electronics and WiFi cutting edge, and all of the paint, furniture, and room layouts are in great shape. A fantastic vacation and house. We will definitely come back.

A DREAM VACATION HOME. Having stayed in Seaside for 5 years running this was by far and above the most beautiful, tasteful, gorgeous home EVER. Priscilla at Sanders is the most wonderful booking agent, nothing was ever too much trouble and the owners have created a stunning haven. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Nice Stay

The property was ready for us several hours earlier than expected. The place is spacious, with a nice open concept. Everything was updated, from the bathrooms to the large stove with built-in griddle. Expect to bring your own condiments and coffee, but otherwise appliances, cutlery, and utensils are provided. There were plenty of towels, and plenty of sleep space. It's not mentioned in the description, but the room with the full bed and overlying twin bunk has a pull-out sofa, which can accommodate another 2 people at least. Connie was quick to answer and provide anything that was missing, and get someone over to help us, i.e. to trade out one of our bikes which had an issue, to help us figure out what "hurricane locks" were and how to open and lock them. Location wise, this is very close to the Frog Pool (heated!) and if it had been open, Camp WaterColor (it's under construction currently to add a lazy river and another pool, which I hear should be complete by the end of this year.) It's a bit of a distance to the beach itself, but there is a complimentary trolley from 8 am - 5 pm that you can call for transport, good for older folks and the very young, if you weren't lucky enough to rent a golf cart. 6 bikes are provided, and if everyone can ride then distances to anything are manageable. Seaside, where there are shops and restaurants, is a short ride. There's a nearby pond with an overlooking bridge which was nice. The grocery store (Publix) is very close but beware of the prices! Bushes surrounding the driveway made it somewhat difficult to park. More towel racks would have been helpful in some of the bathrooms. There are floaties and wake boards in the chest on the porch next to the grill. The Beach club (where you access the beach, and which has a restaurant and a pool) has a place to inflate the floaties. The pools all had showers to wash off afterwards. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and I would highly recommend it.

Awesome vacation home!

Sanders Beach Rentals made our stay here smooth and easy. The property was super clean, beautifully decorated, and very accommodating for our large family. It was recently renovated, and while there were a few missing items—Sanders took care of all of our needs. Anytime we called, they were there within minutes to assist. Such great customer service. We hope to stay here again next year! We highly recommended this property and Sanders Beach Rental!

Great Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here during Spring Break! The house was spacious and very clean and the property manager was super helpful during the entire process. The upstairs has an area much like a second den which the kids loved (and the adults did too)! The location was also ideal for our crew since we were close to the pool and park, but just a short bike ride from the both the beach club and Pizza by the Sea too! Would highly recommend this location for families with kids/teens.
