The space
The guest is allowed to use the shared laundry area, backyard and front yard. Those are all common areas.
At the ARRIVAL, I will give you the access code for the entrance/main door, for the apartment door. You will be able to lock it when you leave home, and keep your things safe and Private. I am the owner, and I am an honest person and don’t enter my guests private area without notice. If there is a repair to be made, we will arrange a time and day convenient to both of us and I will be there to watch your things and if you wish to be present I am ok with that too. There is a flat screen smart TV in the living room and another smart TV in the main bedroom.
