I have travelled extensively in my previous career in the pharmaceutical industry and having travelled for work and leisure, have incorporated the furnishings essential to the business traveller as well as the holiday maker.
Cleanliness is important to me as I appreciate a home which I can feel relaxed in and so we pride ourselves in offering you a luxury villa which is clean and tidy so you can feel totally relaxed from the moment you walk in.
I enjoy cooking and eating out at good restaurants of which there are many close by.
Reading and especially spending quality time with my family is important to me.
I love swimming and playing golf, as well as walking, whether it be on the golf course or at leisure outdoors is what I do to relax.

We are located within a high security estate, which offers 24/7 security. Our villas are all located next to one another in Topaz Cove which is quiet and tranquil with no thorough fare. All the homes on Emerald Estate are single story and so it is not a cluttered estate, there is ample garden space and the sky seems so big as it's not crowded with buildings on top of one another hence also offers privacy.
Emerald Estate is a well sought after residential security estate for communal living.
It is well run and immaculate and there is a park on the estate for the kids to have fun and play.
There are plenty of excellent restaurants and shopping centres and malls as well as many golf courses close by.
We are a 15 min drive to OR Tambo International Airport and a 10 min drive to Marlboro Gautrain Station
There are many well-known tourist attractions in Johannesburg which are easily accessible from where we are situated.

All of our villas have 4 bedrooms with their own private bathrooms. They have their own private patio's and gardens as well as a double garage and ample parking space in front of the villa.
We have generator back up for when there is load-shedding and access to a borehole for water if need be.
