This new house is perfectly located for traveling business workers, water sports, mountain biking, golf, riverside walks, sight seeing or if relaxation is what you need you'll love the rural views & serenity of the area.
The open plan kitchen, dining & lounge area flow onto a large entertainers deck - perfect to share with your family or friends and you are only a short walk or drive to the lake's boat ramp.
We're centrally located for exploring Taupo & Rotorua.

Professional cleaners with full linen service supplied and beds all made up to make your stay easy and more pleasurable.
Each of the four bedrooms are fitted with a heat pump/Air Con as well as having another A/C in the living area. With full double glazing this makes the house warm and cozy during the winter months and cool on those hot summer nights.
There is a wall-mounted TV with Chromecast in the bunk room and bean bags for kids movies after a busy day.
The open plan living space opens onto the large deck via 2 triple stacking ranch sliders creating perfect indoor outdoor flow. The deck is covered with a louver roof so you can have it open to capture the beautiful mornings and close it later in the afternoon when some much needed shade is sought after.
The deck has a bar leaner, outdoor table & chairs and wrap around seating.
There is a large backyard and open space in the front of the house which includes a 14ft trampoline.
Plenty of room for your boats, caravan, campervan etc.

Water sports: We are only 800m from Lake Atiamuri's shores and a short drive to the other surrounding lakes (Ohakuri, Whakamaru, Maraetai, etc).

Mountain biking, riverside walks: We have the Waikato River Trail running through our village creating great access to mountain bike and walking trails. Traveling further afield we have Rotorua and Taupo's mountain biking parks.

Sight seeing: Centrally located between Rototua and Taupo means you can travel in either direction and arrive in one of New Zealand's hot tourist spots.

This is a rural location so you will need a car. Around the village you can walk or use your own bicycle to get around.

The house can sleep up to 12 - however only max. of 9 adults as the 3 top bunks are not rated for adult.
Cleaning is compulsory and an additional charge will be applicable if the house is left in a bad state.
There are outdoor CCTV cameras located around the property for security purposes.
Please respect out neighbours keeping the noise levels to an acceptable level after 11.30pm.
