This stylish apartment oozes contemporary living with bright, open-plan living and floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that lead out to a private balcony offering sweeping city views. Three queen rooms, two bathrooms and in-unit laundry cater to travelling groups after a bit more privacy.
Step inside to find stunning timber floorboards, mid-century furniture, and beautiful skyline views from almost every room. The cosy lounge room offers a new-age couch fronting a TV and opens out to a private balcony with alfresco seating where you can enjoy your morning coffee as you watch the city come alive. Marble benchtops, premium appliances and chic timber cabinetry add to the gourmet kitchen's sleek vibe. Flex your cooking skills and enjoy meals on the timber dining table. Heating and cooling in the living area keep things comfortable no matter the season.
All three bedrooms offer plush queen beds dressed in quality linen, built-in wardrobes for storage and floor-to-ceiling windows where you can watch the twinkling lights as you dose off. The primary bedroom is equipped with A/C and attached to a stunning ensuite with white tiles, a lavish rain shower and a contemporary vanity, while the main bathroom caters to the other two bedrooms.
For your comfort, air conditioning is provided in the living room and master's bedroom. Please note that the other bedrooms do not have AC units.
In-unit laundry with a washing machine and dryer adds to your convenience.
