To ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay, please take note of our house rules:

- Stays of 30 days or more require a utility deposit of $500. This deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed.
- Check-in time is at 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM. We are unable to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs, so please plan your travel accordingly.
- Utility caps apply, and any overages will be collected for stays 30 days or longer. A separate money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside, outside the property, and on the premises. A $1,000.00 fee will be billed to guests if any visual evidence or smell of smoke is found upon check-out, including the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
- Our homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection.
- All homes are inspected every 30 days for filter changes, battery replacements, and lock servicing. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the quality of our accommodations.
