Summary:
Anchored directly across the road from the Derwent River within a four minute drive to the Hobart CBD, this beautifully styled single level villa is immersed in a sublime point blank river panorama that stretches to Hobart and sunsets over the distant mountains. Featuring a bright open living space with separate dining area and floor-to-ceiling views flowing to a riverside entertainers’ terrace, it sits adjacent the foreshore path with playgrounds, parks and village shops just around the corner.
The Space:
Designed with floor-to-ceiling glass to optimise every square inch of the views, the residence feature a bright open riverside living room with a double and two single lounge chairs positioned to see the mounted flat screen TV and the views plus a separate dining area with a four-set table, timber flooring and air conditioning for your comfort in winter and summer.
Glass sliding doors open to a fabulous entertainers’ terrace that comes complete with an outdoor dining setting and barbecue, the perfect space to watch the yachts float by, breathe in dreamy sunsets over the mountainous hinterland and watch Hobart’s suburban lights twinkle and flicker across the water.
The sleek stone-benched kitchen boasts a three-seat breakfast or cocktail bar, ceramic cooktop, dishwasher and all the cooking essentials.
The bedrooms are roomy and furnished with queen beds, the ultra-chic bathroom has a glass shower and stone vanity top with fluted cabinetry and there’s a laundry with a washer/dryer and a carport with near access to the residence.
The property has wifi and a smart TV, which is streaming service ready, and we have also included Foxtel for those evenings when you just want to kick back after a day's sightseeing in and around the city.
Managed by a specialist Airbnb company, it is professionally cleaned after each guest vacates and all the sheets and bedding is maintained by a contract linen supplier.

Guests have full use of the villa in privacy for the duration of their stay. Access details provided prior to check in.
The Neighborhood:
Located within close proximity of Hobart’s attractions yet peacefully sheltered away on the riverfront, this residence luxurious sanctuary is positioned directly opposite the Clarence Foreshore Trail where you can walk or ride hugging the river to Lindisfarne or Montagu Bay, the Tasman Bridge is only a 10 minute stroll away and there’s a pedestrian walking/riding path that affords spectacular views of the Hobart CBD and vistas up and down the river.
There are two children’s playgrounds a short stroll away including one right next to the river. Lindisfarne Shopping Village is 1.5km away, it has a Woolies, cafes and eateries as well as the iconic Currency Café that has a great menu.
A short four minute drive will land you in the city centre, it’s really easy to get parking at most of the eateries and attractions. From there the world is you oyster (or scallop if you’re a local) with streets filled with historic buildings, wine bars and eateries, Salamanca markets with its cosmopolitan dining scene, Constitution Docks as well as Hobart City Ferry Terminal where the ferry leaves for Mona.
Whether it’s floating by the river, diving into all the tourist hotspots or dabbling in a bit of both, this amazing space has something for everyone.
Getting Around:
It's always best to have a car when in Hobart, particularly so you can see the main attractions, however if you don't have a car you're not far from the city. It's just a short Uber or Taxi in to town or there's a major bus route just a couple of minutes walk away.

Guests are advised to be respectful of the residential setting of the accommodation at all times, and to keep noise to a minimum, especially when using any outdoor areas of the property including the property’s garden and balcony.
To minimize noise, outdoor activities are prohibited after 9.30pm on weekdays and 11pm on weekends.
The property is not to be used for parties or functions and use of speakers after 8pm is prohibited
There is a strict no smoking policy at the property.
Guests should contact us immediately if there are any maintenance issues so that these can be rectified as soon as possible.
