The apartment itself has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. It can sleep up to three guests, with a queen bed in the spacious bedroom and a luxury queen sofa bed in the living room. All the beds are fitted with premium linens to ensure a good night's sleep.

Surrounded by the Surry Hills' thriving food scene, you'll be spoilt for choice. But should you wish to eat in, the kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you need. There's a 2-in-1 oven/ microwave unit, electric cooktop, fridge and freezer and dishwasher. The kitchen is stocked with pantry essentials such as tea, coffee, sugar and olive oil for guests.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony taking in views of the city skyline. For meals at home there is a four-person dining table, which can also be used as a workstation. The living room has a luxury couch and Samsung 'The Frame' flat screen smart TV that acts as a picture frame when not being used. The entire apartment benefits from high-speed WiFi.

In the bathroom, there is a large walk-in shower, toilet and mirrored vanity with ample storage space. The apartment also has an internal laundry with a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.

If you’ll need the sofa bed, please let us know in advance. There’s a $80 setup fee (includes linens and towels), unless you’ve booked for more than 2 guests — in that case, it’s already included. If we haven’t been advised ahead of time, it won’t be prepared—so please let us know in advance if you’d like to use it.
