This high-end penthouse apartment combines exquisite lakeside and city views with the ultimate in luxury living. It offers spacious interiors flowing to an impressive furnished balcony and designer finishes throughout.
The generously-sized family room has plush sofa seating and TV catering to all your entertainment needs. There is air-conditioning to keep you cool during the warmer months and heating for the winter.
The living and dining area open directly on to the balcony. Watch the twinkling lights of the Melbourne skyline or fishing boats out past St Kilda beach. Enjoy a high-altitude cocktail on the outdoor lounge furniture or fire up the BBQ and cook like a local.
Inside there is a state-of-the-art centrepiece kitchen. It offers an unprecedented level of cooking luxuries, such as stainless steel European appliances and the latest coffee making facilities. There is a large dining table where you can sit down to a home-cooked meal.
There are three bedrooms within the property, each fitted with opulent queen-sized beds and topped with hotel quality linens for a good night's sleep. The master bedroom has a private bathroom and direct balcony access with breathtaking views.
The ensuite and main bathroom are both clad in premium white marble. The master has a deep full-sized bathtub to soak after a busy day. Enjoy crisp white towels and hand-selected boutique amenities. Toiletries provided are single use to get you started. They may not be sufficient for entire stay (additional consumables to be purchased by you). The apartment comes with internal laundry facilities including a washing machine, dryer and iron.
