Welcome to my apartment and benefit from being positioned in the heart of Docklands/Melbourne CBD.
Escala offers a range of residential amenities to suit every mood, lifestyle, and time of day. Settle in with a book at the library, where double-height windows provide views across the rooftop garden. Catch up with friends in the perfectly composed private gardens which feature a careful balance of intimate spaces, secluded barbecue areas and a glamorous sundeck.
Enjoy a dip in the heated indoor swimming pool and spa, surrounded by garden views and framed with bluestone tiles, or work off some stress in the gym while taking in the view through the expansive north-facing windows.
Created with residents entertaining needs in mind, the private rooftop garden includes secluded barbeque and entertainment areas set within the lush landscaping, ready for social gatherings in the afternoon sun.

After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guest’s responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **
