Big waterfront cottage with 5 bedrooms located on the edge of the prestigious Lake Achigan in St-Hippolyte, Laurentides. Perfect for the family vacation.
Three-storeys high house is filled with character and wood. 3600 square feet.
In winter, snowmobile enthusiasts can take advantage of the lake trail, ice skating at the village or ski slopes located 15 minutes away.
In the summer, this cottage is perfect for any water sports or fishing enthusiast. Long private beach and motor boat dock.

Ground floor: kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 fireplace, living room, dining room, bedroom, gallery overlooking the lake.
2nd floor: 1 large master bedroom, 1 child bedroom, 1 bathroom, office space.
Basement: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom-washing, 1 fireplace, TV room, gallery.
The land (1.5 acres) being located on a point, you will enjoy the sunrise and sunset. The tip is a perfect place to take a drink quietly enjoying the sun or watch the stars on a beautiful summer night.
Guest access
Full house.

If you want to have a boat on the lake you will need a minimum 3 months lease to present to the city for your permit.
