Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et avons eu un très bon contact avec le gérant immobilier. Nous aurions aimé avoir des explications sur le tri des poubelles. Et avoir une table de nuit supplémentaire dans les chambres. Pour le reste c’était parfait. Merci :-)

Perfect for a trip in Toronto

Me and my friend realy liked the train (Ajax go) near by. It brought us in central Toronto in no Time. 1h45 Ajay of Wasaga Beach and sandbank and 2h away from Niagara Falls, the location is pretty central. The neighborhood is calm and the house was clean and spacious Even for a group of 8.The tenant was not a problem for us, we met them ocasionly

Accommodation was exactly same as photos

Beautiful and clean place. Except for the big clock in the living room that was not working and Kitchen tap needs to tighten, Everything else work perfectly. Also, if facial tissue paper were provided would be perfect. Host very kind and thoughtful of him to allow us to put baggages since we arrived earlier than checkin time. Would stay again if coming to Toronto.

It could have been better

We stayed here with a family of five adults and while we were impressed with the cleanliness of the property, there were several issues, the most serious of which was a lack of decent seating. The entire front living room has no furniture, while the family room has a two-person love seat and two cube ottomans that are designed for feet, not seats. The kitchen has four fairly uncomfortable chairs and then there are two plastic bar stools at the kitchen island. This meant only two people could sit in the family room at any given time and other chairs had to be moved from the kitchen table. The lack of seating in the front room is a wasted opportunity. It could be a games room or offer some comfortable sitting for someone wanting to read a book and be away from the television. The other issue was the beds. We heard the primary bedroom had a comfortable bed, but ours was not. It was springy, and metallic feeling, like a glorified cot instead of a mattress. The sheets/pillows were also underwhelming as it appeared money was spent more on the property looking good, but lacking the comfort that you would expect from a VRBO. On closer inspection, the house really seemed as though it was renovated quickly with cheap materials that were already starting to fail. One the plus side, checking in was easy and the area is fantastic, with fairly close proximity to the GO train and a short walk to the beautiful lake front park.

Location was great! I miss the beach and runs. House was pretty great, kitchen is nice and they do have good taste in deco. Only issue was sharing with a full-time tenant that wasn’t disclosed prior to rental. Thanks for your hospitality.

This home is very nice and appears to be recently updated. Beautiful floors and the kitchen is amazing. Would like to see more furniture/seating options in the living room area. While there was just 2 of us, any larger family would need to bring in the chairs from the dining room. There are some windows that need blinds/curtains, but nothing we were worried about. There is only one TV in the home and that is the liviing room. None of the bedrooms have a TV. That was kinda disappointing, but did not affect my review. The host is very responsive. We had an issue with the water and it was promptly fixed while we were out the next day. Keep in mind you will have someone that lives in the basement, but that is not a big deal as they have a separate entrance. A bit noisy at time, you can hear them talking, but no issues. The area around the home is nice and right around the corner from Lake Ontario. If I was going to be in the area again, I would absolutely reserve this property.
