Merely a quick 10-minute drive from The Dubai Mall, Dubai Creek, Sheikh Zayed Road, and Dubai International Airport, this ideal location is a splendid choice for families or friends embarking on a Dubai getaway, promising an unforgettable experience. This is a contemporary and fully furnished corner unit, complete with a huge 800 sqft+ rare-to-find balcony of this size, perfect for your stay.
The living room boasts a versatile sofa bed, a sleek flat-screen smart TV, and a dining table accommodating up to four guests for your dining convenience. Abundant oversized windows flood the space with natural light, creating an inviting ambiance. Access to the generous balcony is available from both the living room and each of the bedrooms, inviting you to relax and savor the splendid Burj Khalifa vistas from the comfort of your own sanctuary.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential cookware and cutlery you need to prepare delicious meals, featuring a stove, oven, and microwave for your culinary endeavors.
Each bedroom is furnished with cozy king-sized beds and a personal TV. Complimentary linens are provided to ensure your utmost comfort, and the second bedroom even offers its own private balcony access.
The bathrooms are well-appointed with all necessary amenities, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries.
Rest assured, the apartment undergoes professional cleaning and sanitization to prioritize your health and safety throughout your stay.
While the property allows guests up to 6, please note that there are only two king size beds and one sofa bed available. A baby portable cot with mattress is also available on request.
Additional beds/mattresses are not available without advance request. If you anticipate that there might be more than 6 guests staying at the property and/or if you need additional mattresses, please reach out to the host before booking the property.
The apartment is on the E (Executive) floor, on the same floor as the swimming pool and fitness center. Guests will enjoy full access to the entire apartment and the building's shared amenities, including the gym and swimming pool. Additionally, one complimentary indoor dedicated parking space is provided for guests' convenience.
This is a self-check-in property. Before accessing the flat, please verify your identity. Standard check-in time is from 4 pm onwards. To comply with local regulations, we require a copy of your passport before your arrival for guest registration with the Dubai Tourism Department. This apartment is fully legal and registered as a Holiday Home. Please note that, as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 30 per night (up to 30 nights) will be separately charged.
Smoking of any kind (cigarettes, shisha, hookah, vaping) on the property is strictly prohibited (zero tolerance policy). Evidence of breach (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) could result in a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.
Checkout is strictly at 11 AM. Any late checkout after 11 AM without a 48-hour notice will incur a penalty of AED 500. Late checkout requests depend on availability and must be confirmed by the host with prior 24-hour notice. This extra time is needed for preparing the home for the next guest, ensuring a quality and timely turnover. We appreciate your consideration and respect for the next guests.
