Make a life time memories at this Spacious unique house in waterfront of Lake Simcoe. It is the most popular ice fishing, snowmobiles, ATVs. In summer, it’s a perfect place to have water fun, you can enjoy 30 feet private dock to parking boats, swimming on the lake, playing 2 Kayaks (10 feet) & a 14 feet flat board, free of charge.
New renovation with forced air heat, centre air conditioning .3 bedrooms are perfect suitable for 6 adults. In addition with an extra detached room with sofa bed for 2 more person upon request (additional fee applied). Including 2 queen size beds and a double & a Full size two layer bed.
Relaxing and enjoy 5 persons hot tub Jacuzzi with beautiful lake view; entertaining room with pool & Ping-Pong table, air hockey table &TV; Exotic Bar&fire pit in back yard.

Had the most relaxing visit here. Nothing as great as the sunrise in Innisfil! Fire pitand chairs were great as was the hot tub. Beds were really comfy as was the couch. Kitchen is beautiful and well appointed, only would have been better with some spray oil and some Tetley tea. Didn't understand how far the play room was from the house. It was a beautiful stay! Have already recommended to my friends.

Absolutely LOVED our stay at the villa! Family & I came out from Alberta for a wedding and could not have been happier! The host was very quick and receptive to any questions we had, the villa was adorable and set up perfectly for our comfort. The only complaint we had was that we did not stay longer! Highly recommend!

CELEBRATION WEEKEND

My husband and I, along with our out-of-town guests were delighted with our stay. The home was very clean, exactly as described and the host answered our enquires very promptly. The back yard/dock was great, a perfect place to sit, relax, have a cocktail and enjoy the lake.

Arlene and family and their guests left everything in great condition, they followed all the instructions and keep the cottage tidy. They are excellent guests and are welcome back anytime.

Nice property

Nice property with great location. The only downfall was the water had a terrible rotten egg smell an iron filter would correct this problem.

A very nice stay for ice fishing

Nice place to stay in the winter, very close to trails for the ice entry. House was clean and very nicely kept. Game room is separate from the house and is very nice. Communication with owner is very fast and great to work with. Thanks for a great stay!

Lovely Girls Weekend

We were so pleased with our stay! The host was easy and quick to communicate with. The property was clean and well stocked with items for our stay (like a new really frying pan and knives and not use old secondhand stuff). It had lots of space, the games were fun and the view over the water was amazing. Would highly recommend.

Potential but maintenance needed

Overall we had a nice stay, however the property needs some maintenance to be child friendly and for guests to enjoy longer stays - the barbecue did not work, the washing machine left rust stains on clothes, exposed nails were on the wood dock and bar area and the sulphur smell from the water was extremely unpleasant. Check in process was easy and host communication was very prompt.

My family and some friends stayed for a 10 vacation and had an amazing time. Everything is well organized from the check in and rules to where to find anything you’d need in the kitchen. My daughter - just under three lived the water feature and the crib was set up for her beautifully. The water was a bit cold to enjoy due to how early it is in the season but the hot tub was lovely and we even got out on the kayaks to enjoy the scenery.This is a great spot on the water with great amenities - there’s a game room with more fun when the weather isn’t cooperative. There’s local eats close by and it’s close to stores if you need to pop out and grab anything. Nature is very close at hand and the birds are lovely.Would go back!

Our stay at the cottage was wonderful. The host was excellent to communicate with and responded to any questions we had. The property is situated on a beautiful body of water with amazing sunrises and sunsets. Thank you Min!

Really lovely property with great amenities. Walking distance to a cute little cafe and snack shack with kids park attached. Right on the water with a beautiful view from the dock. This was great for a cottage weekend with our toddler.
