The resorts incredible beach front location with stunning nightly sunsets, is hard to beat. Ultra luxury villas with every desirable amenity and then some. This property never disappoints! The private plunge pool is always a big hit and so wonderful for a quick refreshing dip.This property never disappoints! The resorts incredible beach front location with stunning nightly sunsets, is hard to beat. The Wailea Beach Villas is currently ranked # 2 on the Top 30 Resorts in Hawaii list by Condé Nast Traveler’s Readers' Choice Awards published on October 17, 2017. It is a perfectly situated ocean/beach front resort complete with panoramic views of the ocean/neighboring islands and stunning nightly sunsets. This luxury villa is stocked with every desired upscale amenity one could want, and then some. It is basically turn key, just add your personal items and some groceries, and you have complete luxury at your fingertips. We offer a concierge team to assist with your island needs, i.e.: activities, car rentals, private chef services, grocery stocking, etc etc. We look forward to the soon return of our wonderful guests, as well as their referrals of friends and family. Aloha and thank you for your review of Bali Hai Pool Villa. We appreciate your time and effort to share your concerns and to give us the oppportunity to improve the guest experience at Bali Hai Plunge Pool Villa, managed by Tropical Villa Vacations, a Maui-based licensed vacation rental and property management firm. Please allow me to share that the small puddle in the grass lawn was caused by a leak in the lawn irrigation pipe. It wasn’t a leak from the plunge pool itself. Irrigation systems will spring leaks from time to time, and within the resort it is actually the Homeowner’s Association's (aka HOA or AOAO) responsibility to maintain the irrigation system. It’s quick and easy to repair an irrigation issue, so I’d like to share that if we knew about the problem we certainly would have arranged for an immediate repair. It’s been our goal for 20 years to always respond to any guest-reported concern immediately. Also, thank you for bringing up the fact that access to the beach is through the adult pool area. We passed along your suggestion to re-design the beach access route in the future to the Resort Manager to share with the Homeowner’s Association Board of Directors. We disclose the fact that the lower pool is for adults only on our website and in other materials. Hopefully your family was able to enjoy the pool close to Bali Hai Pool Villa that is designated for family use. We wish we had more control over these matters, but we are tasked with focusing on managing inside the villa as the property manager for Bali Hai Pool Villa specifically. We wish to thank you for your patronage. We very much appreciate your business, and we hope you will consider renting through Tropical Villa Vacations again in the future at one of our 22 exceptional residences within the resort, or at another of our exclusively managed Maui resort villas or private homes.
