Recently renovated, it offers modern features with a touch of laidback beach shack vibes. An undercover deck invites you to dine alfresco, while air-conditioned open living caters to relaxed evenings in front of the TV.
Tranquillity surrounds and epitomises Doesntmatta, offering a super relaxed spot for friends and family to unwind. Open plan living is adorned in timber Brushbox floorboards and cedar planks, with two reclining leather lounges inviting your group to come together for a movie night at home. Large sliding doors flow through to the expansive back deck, set with a dining table for alfresco meals and sun loungers to soak up the summer heat.

Back inside, the modern kitchen is fully equipped for your holiday catering, while a BBQ encourages you to make the most of the abundance of outdoor space. The sun-drenched dining area is complete with a six-seater table and cane chairs—perfect for enjoying a home-cooked meal or setting up your laptop to work remotely. Additionally, Wi-Fi connectivity is available for your convenience (please note, as not NBN and not available in the area, the internet can be limited)

Three newly carpeted bedrooms sleep seven guests, with the first and second both offering queen beds dressed in crisp, linen and hanging storage. The third bedroom is perfect for children and adults, set with a double bed and single. Ceiling fans and fly screens throughout, plus split-system heating and cooling in the main living area keep temperatures comfortable no matter the season. The roomy bathroom is a refreshing retreat—also fits with an in-unit washing machine and dryer for your convenience. The Peninsula Hot Springs are less than a 10-minute drive away, where you can unwind in the hot springs and day spa, making most of the private pavilions, moonlit bathing & massages. A short drive in either direction allows you to easily explore the Mornington's stunning coastline and nature walks.
