Indulge in luxury at our spacious two-bedroom apartment located at West Side Place Tower 1, 260 Spencer St., Southbank. Revel in the opulent Art Deco décor and stunning city views from the comfort of your balcony, complemented by access to Level 6 amenities, including an indoor pool, gym, and sauna.

Accommodating up to six guests, our Level 8 abode offers a fully equipped kitchen and complimentary parking in our private car park on Basement 3. Seamless check-in and check-out are facilitated through our self-service option at CT Mart, just a short walk from the property. Additionally, please note that on-site parking is available for the duration of your stay, conveniently located just below the apartment for easy access.

For communication, our active assistance hours are from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM EST. Remember, our property operates independently from building staff; contact us directly for assistance and avoid approaching building management to prevent induction procedures. Please note that a callout fee applies for physical attendance to the property.

Be mindful of additional charges and fees, including a security deposit to be held via credit card at check-in and refunded upon check-out, and adhere to house rules to avoid penalties. We're dedicated to ensuring your comfort and satisfaction during your stay. Contact us via the app, phone, or email for further assistance.
1. Refrain from approaching or asking building management or staff about your stay or the property to avoid building induction and removal of access to the amenities. If you have questions please message us through the app or by phone.
2. Additional Charges and Fees:
-Damage Deposit (full refund after check-out if no damages): AU$250
- Early check-in (before 3:00 PM): AU$50
- Late check-in (after 11:00 PM or if the store is closed): AU$80
- Late check-out (after 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM only): AU$50 per hour
- Call-out fee: AU$85 per hour
- Lost keys: AU$400
- Standard cleaning pet fee: AU$175
- Event charge cleaning: AU$300
- Bond for events: AU$500
3. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Please use designated smoking areas outside the building if needed.
4. Pets: Pets are allowed on the property only if they have been approved prior to arrival. An additional cleaning pet fee applies. Please keep your pets under control and clean up after them.
5. Security: Ensure that all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the apartment. Do not share the access code or keys with unauthorized individuals.
6. Occupancy: Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Please inform us in advance if you plan to have additional visitors during your stay.
7. Compliance with Laws: Guests are expected to comply with all local laws and regulations during their stay, including but not limited to noise ordinances, waste management, and building rules.

Failure to comply with these house rules may result in penalties, including additional charges, eviction, or loss of the security deposit. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
