With the added addition of a loft, there is an option for a kids tv/play room or huge storage area.
The villa features soaring ceilings in the open plan lounge and dining areas with air-conditioning which is overlooked by the functional and well-appointed kitchen with island bench . There are 2 spacious bedrooms, both with built ins which share a large Jack and Jill bathroom. The villa is also offered mostly furnished so will be ready immediately for your use or for your tenants.
