A stylishly appointed layout spans across two levels and seamlessly extends outdoors to a pool, courtyard and balcony. Enjoy an alfresco BBQ overlooking the water or cosy up around the fireplace for family game night. A dedicated office area and central cooling will make you feel right at home.
You’ll be greeted downstairs by an inviting, open living area with a large corner sofa and chaise to settle in with a movie, while central air-conditioning and an electric fireplace ensure year-round comfort. A second living area upstairs, complete with a sofa, TV and workspace, features floor-to-ceiling glazing that captures uninterrupted views overlooking the water, opening to a balcony where you can sip your morning cuppa while watching the boats pass by.

A contemporary kitchen and dining area has all that’s needed to cook and enjoy meals, including a six-person table and additional seating at the breakfast bar, plus a dishwasher for easy clean-up. You can also head out to the private courtyard for a laidback BBQ lunch, taking a refreshing dip in the private pool which overlooks the marina, which is heated from December - Easter (or at other times by arrangement) for your comfort.

Four bedrooms upstairs accommodate nine guests, with the primary bedroom boasting a king-size bed, and the second and third bedrooms furnished with queen-sized beds. The fourth bedroom features bunk beds with a double bed on the bottom and a single on the top, making this an ideal stay for families. The primary and second bedrooms both extend to modern, attached ensuites and the stylish bathroom offers a walk-in rain shower, a modern vanity and a wall-to-wall mirror, plus a luxurious bathtub.

Added conveniences include WiFi, a washing machine and dryer, a downstairs powder room, and garage parking for two cars.

The Valley Golf Club is a seven-minute drive, where you can book tennis courts, golf, mini golf, and dine at the restaurant. Family-friendly Safety Beach is situated in a protected cove that makes it ideal for swimming and can be reached in the same amount of time, you’ll also find a cafe, BBQ facilities and public amenities. Arthur's Seat Eagle, a state-of-the-art gondola that offers sweeping views across the Port Phillip Bay coastline, is 10 minutes’ drive from your stay.
