Private Guest House!

Newly designed with modern decor, we offer a private country like setting close to everything!

Our one bedroom, one bath guest house boasts a full kitchen, large living area, private outdoor space and a fenced in area for your pets!

The guest house is located at the end of our property about 100' from our house. Secure guest parking is in our driveway and pathway lights line the way down to the guest house.

The guest house is bright and has a huge patio door affording views of the outdoor space. There are no neighbours behind the property just open tree lined fields.

Blackout, light filtering curtains and pull down shades allow for privacy and sleeping in.

The guest house is completely set up with all you will need to enjoy your stay.

We also offer pet sitting / dog walking for an extra fee. This allows our guests to tour our beautiful town worry free! Please note: Even though we are pet lovers and we look forward to seeing you fur babies, due to our insurance and provincial law we cannot accept any type of dog that is restricted or banned in Ontario.
We have endeavored to provide a safe environment for your pet(s), however we will not be held responsible for any injuries that may occur to your pet(s) or any person(s) coming into contact with your pet(s), however caused.

For the bird enthusiasts, we are walking distance to Jack Miner Migratory Bird Sanctuary, and The Kennedy Woods and for the cyclists and hikers we have The Chrysler Canada Greenway close by which is a 48km multiuse trail as well as other local trails. Bike rentals are available.

We are registered as a Short Term Rental with the Town of Kingsville, # STR-25-028.

We had a wedding at Mastronardi Winery and a rehearsal dinner at Oxley and this place couldn’t have been more convenient! Not to mention incredibly clean and cute with very gracious hosts. Highly recommend to anyone looking to explore this area!!

A perfect location

This property was perfect for our stay while visiting my friend. Jodi and Graham were wonderful hosts and the size of the annexe was just right for two people. Everything was there that we needed for us British away from home. It was comfortable and clean.

Sweet little spot in Kingsville

Lovely, little cottage. Lots of light and decorated with consideration. Hosts were wonderful and so helpful with information and directions. Most importantly they were very kind. Location was so close to downtown, which was great. If you are looking for a little hideaway from the world this might be just what you are looking for. I know that we are already hoping to book again soon.

Jodi and Graham thought of everything needed for our short stay. Everything was super clean, you’d never know animals were allowed to stay at this location. The location allowed us to conveniently get to and from while we did some site seeing and attended a friends wedding. I wish we had more time for our stay to take in more of the area. The bed could use an upgrade to make this an ultimate comfort stay. I would definitely make this a stay on my list for future getaways in Kingsville because of the hosts, cleanliness, and ease of getting around.

The accommodations are superb! Clean, decorated beautifully, furniture and bed very comfortable. It truly is a home away from home. Jodi & Graham are great hosts and pay attention to every detail. I will certainly be back to visit again.

It’s a cute Granny Flat at the rear of the owner’s property. Nicely set back from the road with a fully fenced yard for kids or pets. Very clean with all the basic amenities you’ll need for a weekend away.

Perfect little place

Quiet Spot

Enjoyed a couple of nights. Unit was clean, comfortable and very nicely appointed. It is in a very quiet spot on the edge of town. Hosts were very nice and we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful hosts!

Our host was so kind and wonderful! The day we arrived she made sure we had all we needed, gave multiple suggestions for places to explore and eat at, and checked on us every day to ensure our stay was great! The place she had for us was clean and beautiful. It is very evident she cares about her guests and making their stay in Canada a wonderful experience.
