A well appointed, clean and modern home which sits on a large property, with plenty of space for everyone to find their quiet spot and the pool/spa was a joy for the kids. It is a short drive to beaches and shopping centres but far away enough to enjoy the bush. Highly recommend

The house and view is beautiful. Sitting in the spa as the sun went down watching the kookaburra's in July was perfect. Very spacious and comfortable house and a really well stocked kitchen. The outdoor area and seating was perfect for a family lunch and the indoor dining space is very generous as well, perfect for board games too. Our teen and young adults loved the couch and tv- a perfect set up for the early morning World Cup viewing! They also enjoyed the novelty of charging their phones via the couch. All the rooms were spacious and the master suite was great, plenty of room and hanging space and the ensuite was lovely, with a fabulous shower. The supplied toiletries were very nice too.Great communication with the host, the manual at the house was very helpful too.A fabulous place for a winter get away, the swim pool and spa is just sensational.

Girls weekend

We had a school girls reunion for the weekend and the house was perfect for us. It was very well setup and had everything we needed to have a fun but relaxing weekend. Although the weather wasn’t great we still enjoyed the spa and and had a really good catchup with old friends. I would definitely recommend this house.

Perfect little getaway

Booked this holiday house for a family getaway and could not recommend it enough! The house was very clean and spacious, with all basic amenities supplied. The swim spa/pool was amazing! Couldn’t get the kids out of it all weekend! The location was perfect, close to all facilities/shops and beautiful surrounding beaches nearby to explore. The communication with the host was excellent aswell. We’re already looking at booking again for our next holiday. ( just remember to pack the bug spray as the mozzies were out in force)

Kincumba with family

It was a wet week, so we enjoyed the large indoor area, pool/spa. games provided, DVD's etc for young children. This supplemented what we had with us really well.Kitchen had a lot of cooking tools, storage containers, cups etc.There were racks to dry clothes after swimmingThe layout of the house allowed for our 3 families to have space and ample under cover parking and the house area is flat, but in good weather plenty of grassSome of went to a beach for a walk each day and it was not too far and not crowded

Top class stay

We enjoyed a wonderful 3 night stay (Girl's Weekend Away - 5 women) and the house was everything as described and more. Very well supplied with crockery, utensils, BBQ tools, glassware (massive choice!), and quality appliances. The home is very roomy, with plenty of comfortable seating, massive screen tv, and beautifully decorated. Both bathrooms were large and very modern. Shirley was very easy to communicate with a welcoming host. The property outlook is completely bushy, and whilst you can hear some traffic on the nearby road, you have a sense of being in a very secluded location. Beds were super comfy with quality linen. We'll be back for sure, and other members of our group will consider it for their own family occasions. Some excellent cafes are only a short drive away and the beautiful Putty Beach/Killcare Beach are about an 8 minute drive away. Can't recommend it highly enough.
