Coming to the heart of this grand property is a modern, fully equipped kitchen. You'll never miss your favourite espresso with one of two coffee machines- pod and fresh ground coffee options to kick start your mornings. After a delicious breakfast, why not explore the area on two wheels with the bikes provided? Or grab some of the beach toys and your towels and head down to the beach for the day. Upon your return, the cold outdoor shower is a crisp and refreshing way to cool down and rinse off the traces of your salty, sandy adventures.

Important Information:
- This property is NOT pet friendly. The owners child is allergic to pets. Please do not book this property if you have any pets.
- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
- The bath tub in the ensuite does have jets however they are not in use, this can only be used as a regular bathtub.
- Bedroom 4 has a King bed and Queen. the queen bed in this room is a fold out sofa couch.
- Bedroom 5 has 1 x Tri Bunk bed (1 double below and 1 single on top)
- Please note that firewood is only supplied from May to September.
- The property is partially fenced, children can get out easily so supervision is always required
- For your security and safety this property has 4 active Cctv cameras on the driveway, carport and side house pathway. They will be on during your stay.
- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Whilst the majority of properties provide access to streaming services, guests may be required to log in via their own accounts.
- This property permits groups of adults up to 8 guests or a combination of adults and kids up to the maximum capacity (intergenerational groups excepted).
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning in living rooms, dining room and bedroom 1 - 3.

Our approach to property management is that we want you to feel that the property is your own for a few days. As such we limit our communications to a few important emails, but otherwise we will leave you alone! If you are looking for a host that provides welcome platters on arrival, champagne in the fridge and who will contact you throughout your stay, we may not be the right host for you.
What you will get from us are well equipped, fairly priced, pet and family friendly holiday homes that are loved by their owners.
We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.
As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.

Our property is one of the only with 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, including a sauna, only salt bush separate the property from the beach with spectacular views of the beach and Jervis Bay. It has 3 living rooms as well as a fun kids zone with a converted garage including table tennis and other fun games. There is plenty of space for a few families to relax and unwind. The huge balcony allows all that Jervis Bay has to offer to be appreciated with various zones to relax and seating for 12 people at the outdoor undercover table as well as BBQ, with uninterrupted views of the white sands of Jervis Bay.
