Entire home in Blueys Beach, Australia
A large, family friendly, light filled home which includes a swimming pool and is a mere stone’s throw from beautiful Blueys Beach. The house was designed by renowned architect Paul Pholeros, OAM, to make best use of natural sunlight, shade and breezes and features a private balcony off each bedroom. The house is all on one level for ease of access, there are two bathrooms, one with a bath. There is a north and south wing with bedrooms and bathrooms in both. All linen provided. BYO Beach Towels.
The space
Nestled in a glorious private setting in the foothills of Blueys Beach with ocean glimpses and rural outlook. Enjoy your very own purpose built, architectural sanctuary that maximises the natural beauty of its location. The north easterly aspect means you will get to enjoy the light and sunshine all day long. Spacious open plan living with hardwood floors. Living flows to a large central outdoor entertaining deck area. The house is constructed in a U shape with a North and South wing. Many of the bedrooms have their own private deck

Open, commercial style kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, Sunbeam blender and Nespresso coffee machine

Large outdoor entertaining space with seating for 10
Off street parking for 2 cars, otherwise there is plenty of free street parking

Guests can access the entire home excluding the upstairs level which is unoccupied, but not available for use.

*Elizabeth Beach, the patrolled beach most suitable for children is a 2 minute drive
*Boomerang Beach (Patrolled during school holidays) is a 15 minute walk
*10 minute walk to Blueys Shops and local amenities including Hueys Pizza, Kembali Cafe, Drift, Blueys General Store, Chemist and Blueys Cellars & Deli
*Sips@Mobys on Redgum Road is a 15 minute walk for early morning coffee and bacon rolls or a spot of lunch or dinner often featuring live music
*15 minute drive to Cellito Beach and Boardwalk
*20 minute drive to Forster/Tuncurry
*25 minute drive to Seal Rocks
*Let us recommend caterers for your stay or place an online order with our local Farm to Fridge service or Woolworths for delivery to the house and we will unpack and put everything away ready for your arrival
