The apartment supplies a picnic blanket, basket and all you will need to enjoy a picnic under the trees!
- Walking distance to all of East Melbourne’s healthcare and hospitals with St Vincent's Private Hospital literally next door.
- MCG (Melbourne Cricket Ground) (Approx. 1 km or an easy 10 minute walk): Sports fans can enjoy a pleasant walk to the MCG, one of the world's most iconic stadiums, hosting cricket and AFL matches.
- Rod Laver Arena (Approx. 1km or an easy 15 minute walk): Located near the MCG, this is the venue for world-class tennis events and concerts.
