Beginning in late August 2025 until May 2026 Inlet Reef will under go an extensive waterproofing project. This project will consist of balconies being worked on and windows being replaced. In additional to exterior work there will be walkway sealing done. You can expect to see scaffolding onsite as well as construction crews. Noise such as concrete grinding and possible debris could occur as well. Balconies may be inaccessible as well as views obstructed. Discounts will not be give for construction related inconveniences including but not limited to noise, closed or removed amenities, closed/blocked balconies, or dust/debris.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the bunk bedroom. This room has two twin beds custom built into bunk beds and comes with a flat-screen HDTV and a DVD player. Also, the bunk bedroom has a high-efficiency washer and dryer.

On the other side of the kitchen is the dining area. Centered by a chandelier, the rectangular wood dining table seats six guests, with additional counter seating available. Just past the dining area is the living room.

The living room is a haven of entertainment. It features a 65-inch Roku 4K HDR TV, HD Cable, a Blu-Ray player, and Netflix w/4K for viewing pleasure. There is a full-size sofa, a loveseat sofa, a recliner chair, and a rattan side chair for lots of seating and comfort. Need extra sleeping space? The sofa sleeper doubles as a queen bed. And if you want to enjoy the fresh air, balcony access is just a step away.

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a wall-mounted HDTV, HD Cable, a plush side chair, a walk-in closet, and a preparation area with a granite-encased vanity. It also has sliding glass doors that lead to the condo’s balcony. These sliding glass doors come with a retractable screen, so you can sleep at night listening to the waves roll in from the Gulf of Mexico. The primary bathroom has a convenient walk-in shower with rock flooring and multiple grab bars.

The guest bedroom has a wall-mounted flat-screen HDTV and two double-sized beds. The guest bathroom is adjacent to the guest bedroom and is accessed via the hallway.

As stunning and perfect as this condo is inside, its true grandeur resides on its balcony. The hexagonal balcony has a granite-encased wet bar with a built-in bottle opener, an outside dining table with four chairs, and a two-seat glider for extra seating. The unique shape of the balcony allows the condo to retain an unobstructed 180-degree view of Destin’s famous emerald-green waters and sugar-white sands, and during the day, you can always find some shade on the balcony if desired.
