Relax & enjoy your beach holiday with the family this summer at our sweet & cosy home on the Mornington Peninsula. Fun for the whole fam, with outdoor entertaining for the grown-ups whilst the kids play in our epic cubby house.

A short 3 min drive will get you to our local Main Street (or 15-20 min walk if you'd like to stretch your legs) where you will find the bay beaches, cafes & a whole lot of shopping right on your doorstep.

The space
Our home is the perfect space for your family holiday.

Dining table sits 6 guests, plus 3 x bar stools at the island bench. Highchair available upon request.

Private driveway parking available behind gate. Suits up to 4 vehicles. Including boat or jetski.
Further free on street parking if needed.

PETS
Pet/s are allowed upon request. We love our furry friends but request they remain outside (in their own fully fenced backyard) or in the laundry. Please do not let any pets inside the home. A fee of $500 will be charged for additional cleaning should a pet clean be required.

FOR THE KIDS.
We have an epic cubby house with a slide, sandpit & climbing rock wall for kids of all ages. As well as a monkey bar & swing set.

OUTDOOR SHOWER.
There is an outdoor shower at the back of the house, that has access to hot & cold water. We hope that you are able to get down to our wonderful beaches during your stay, but we ask that you please rinse off any sand in the outdoor shower before heading on indoors. Please do not rinse off the sand in the inside showers.
