There is a queen size pull out sofa in the main living. Study nook located in the hall way and a Hampton styled bathroom with heated floors. A fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you require.

The hosts to this property Kim and Trent live upstairs above the apartment. We are available to assist you at any time but also respect your privacy for beach escape. You may occasionally hear noise from upstairs but it is very muffled and is very minimal. We offer a contactless checkin with a lock box located at the front door.
NOISE
Disturbance to neighbours including excessive noise, music and unruly behaviour is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund. If a noise complaint is received; a first warning will be given. If a second complaint is received this will result in immediate eviction with no refund. We have a limited noise policy from 8pm and strictly no noise from 10pm.
