It boasts a fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances with wonderful Italian tile throughout. A large kitchen island, kitchen table & a wet bar with wine-cooler are included for easy entertaining. You have a private laundry closet with a full-size front-loading washer/dryer for convenience. All bathrooms are completely renovated with a designer’s touch that includes beautiful cabinetry, quartz countertops and glass mosaic tile. This spacious 1650 ft. living area will not disappoint. Entertain family & friends with plenty of room! This spectacular condo has 3 bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Bedroom 1 – King Bed, Bedroom 2 – 2 double beds, Bedroom 3 – 2 sets of bunk beds; 2-doubles lower & 2-twins upper. No pets, please. Non-smoking. Maximum occupancy is 12 people, including children.
