We traveled with 6 adults and a 1 year old for a 3 night stay and this house was perfect for what we needed. The included pack n play, booster chair, and baby gate made packing for our trip much easier. Short walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, the bay, and the beach allowed us to skip loading up the car any time we wanted to go anywhere. Loved our stay here!

Truly a magical property!!! My friends and I utilized every part of this property…the location was perfect, the amenities were on point…can’t encourage this property more!!! Our stay was excellent. Parking was beneficial and the location was very walkable to the bay and beach. The house was clean when we arrived and hot tub was a great addition!

Very clean and updated rental. The rooftop patio space was wonderful and gave us a good view of the fireworks for the 4th. Host was quick to respond to requests for additional supplies, as we had a family of 9. Short walk to the beach. They left great suggestions for food nearby. Street parking for a second car was limited.

The place was definitely clean and neat and we felt welcomed when we first got there with snacks and champagne. We had a very comfortable stay with lots of sleeping and shower arrangements. We also loved all the options for food and attractions nearby. Our hosts were very communicative and responsive when we had questions. We had a great stay!

Great location, lovely home

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The location is terrific for walking to beaches, shopping and food. The home was clean and well cared for. The jacuzzi was an excellent treat as was the EV charger and use of the garage. The owners were responsive. I'd absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful house

We had a very comfortable stay at this property. We had from 10 years old to 90 years old in our group and everyone was quite comfortable. The jacuzzi was great. The owner's communication was spot on. The white noise machines in bedrooms were a wonderful touch! Looking forward to staying at the same place for our next family reunion!

We had a great stay here. The house itself is wonderful and the hosts are amazing. There was plenty of room, it was clean, the bedding was comfortable and it was well stocked. The hot tub was nice and both outdoor seating areas were great. It was fun to be able to sit on the rooftop balcony under the lights and enjoy the San Diego weather at night. The location is really good too. Easy walking distance to mission bay with our kids, and close enough to Mission Beach/ Pacific Beach to be convenient but not as hectic as being right on the main strip. In addition it’s easy to get around the San Diego area from there and really good food nearby. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to go back.

Great location, very nice place

Updated house very close to Mission Bay and only a few blocks from Pacific Beach. Excellent hot tub, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, nice master bedroom and other nice features. We celebrated Thanksgiving here and very much enjoyed it.

Very nice property with great location. We were able to walk to all our events during a wedding weekend. Property manager was very responsive to any questions or requests. Small glitch with a door being locked at check in but our contact solved this very quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

Really nice space close to all things Pacific Beach!

We had a wonderful stay at the beach house. It fit everyone comfortably and it was great to have a garage for the car. The rooftop deck was so nice after the sun went down to relax on. Any issue we had was attended to immediately. Great location, would book again!

Perfect perfect perfect

I came down to to San Diego with 7 friends for a wedding at Paradise Point. This location served us perfectly for our stay. We could walk to the beach, restaurants, and bars, and were an inexperienced 5-10 minute Uber drive to everywhere we needed to go. The house is itself is beautiful and was a perfect fit for our group. Would definitely stay here again and will advise future groups to stay here. Thanks for an awesome time!
