Perfect and secluded

We had such a great time here. The houseboat is very well equipped with everything needed for your stay. The area is very peaceful and easy to find. We will be staying here again so glad we found this gem.

Lovely spot on a creek. Mid-century houseboat in great condition, kitted out in all that we needed for the weekend. Easy to contact hosts who went out of their way to help.

Renmark hidden gem

What a hidden little gem! The location of the houseboat was fantastic. Next to no people, quiet, peaceful and so relaxing. The owners were lovely and had fantastic communication and came to drop off an extension cord for us. Will definitely be back!

It is quiet and secluded, with loads of room outside for the dogs to roam. The hosts were quick to respond and very helpful and accommodating to any requests. Beds were comfortable, shower was good and the place was well equipped. The downside for me was the property was advertised to have a hot tub, yet there was none. This was a selling point, so very disappointed that it was not there, neither does it have a spa bath.

Lovely but could be cheaper

The place was set in a lovely spot with lovely views and there were possums, emus and birdlife everywhere. Very peaceful. The houseboat itself was very clean but i had a few issues with - the hot water running out after one shower, the beds were awful i ended up sleeping on the tiny futon and the deck could use a tune up, pricey for the outdated decor and furniture. Other than that with great company and beautiful views and serenity, it was lovely

Hi Alix, we’re glad you liked the location and cleanliness. The decor is themed to match the era of the houseboat. This is the first time we’ve heard of an issue with the hot water service, it is a tank unit so if you were having over an hour shower yes you would run out of heat. We have had many complements on how comfortable our beds are, it’s unfortunate that they weren’t to your standards. As for our pricing, it is considered moderate and in the same range as like boats. If you were looking to stay on a more extravagant houseboat for the same amount of people and duration you would be looking at upwards of $2,900.00. All the best. Regards, Renae
