Sutherland Sunrise is a brand new and beautifully appointed studio retreat in the heart of Kingscliff. Privately positioned downstairs from a private residence, this cosy coastal escape has its own separate entrance, offering guests a peaceful and independent space to relax and unwind.



Designed with comfort and simplicity in mind, the studio is ideal for a romantic getaway or a laid back coastal escape. Sink into the comfortable queen bed and wake to soft ocean glimpses, before enjoying a slow morning with coffee from one of Kingscliff’s nearby cafés. The inviting living space includes a comfortable lounge, Smart TV, wardrobe and a two seater dining setting, creating a relaxed space to settle in after a day spent exploring the coast.



The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for an easy stay, including an electric cooktop, microwave, fridge, cookware, crockery and glassware. The beautifully finished bathroom also incorporates a private laundry space, complete with a large shower, vanity, toilet and washing machine, making the studio equally suited to a weekend away or a longer stay.



Step outside to your own outdoor area, set up with a table and chairs, where you can enjoy the fresh coastal air and soak up the relaxed atmosphere of Kingscliff. With the beach, Cudgen Creek, local shops, cafés and award winning restaurants all within easy reach, you can leave the car behind and enjoy the best of this much loved coastal town at your own pace.



The studio is located downstairs from a private residence, with completely separate and private access for guests. Please note that parking is available on the street only along Sutherland Street.
