A double sized master bedroom with King Size Bed is also located on the upper level, complete with walk in robe and ensuite, and further complemented by access to a second private balcony for some quite time away from the kids.

The lower level features 2 large carpeted bedrooms (1st with Queen bed, 2nd with 2 sets of single bunks) with built in wardrobes and ceiling fans. There is a generous open plan style rumpus/ lounge room and also the main bathroom. The rumpus and lounge area also features warm timber flooring, split system heating/cooling and kitchenette with direct access to a covered alfresco and spacious backyard - the perfect recreation area. After a day at the beach the kids will be able to relax with another smart screen TV, Foxtel, Gaming console, Table Tennis table, Board Games, puzzles or throw a ball outside.

Marlin at Smiths is located just 200meters from family friendly Smiths Beach and just 500meters from our personal favorite surfing spot YCW Beach. For those interested in the events at the Grand Prix track you can’t get much closer, only approx. 2km. Close enough to walk.
So much more family fun is within reach such as the Penguin Parade, AMaze & Things, Mini Golf, Churchill Island, Go Kart Racing, Seal Rock and the Koala Habitat just to name a few.
