The Space:
Duplex Penthouse + Solarium with Private Pool and Suite, ideal for couples looking for comfort and romantic moments. Also great for executives spending the week and weekend at the city for Business. Fully equipped kitchen, offering cutlery and crockery.
Also equipped with air conditioning in the bedroom and offering some gym equipment, among many other details.
Stay in this welcoming apartment and live like a true local in Salvador, Bahia. We're within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and beaches. Our rental comes with 1 bedroom, a private pool, a jetted tub, that you're free to use any time. Gym, AC, a washer, free parking -- we've got everything you need.

You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors.
The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood of Graça is considered a noble residential area of Salvador since the beginning of the 20th century, although its current occupation is mixed, with a variety of services, sophisticated commerce, cultural and educational institutions, restaurants, pharmacies, delicatessens and cafes.
The neighborhood concentrates people of high purchasing power and is characterized by the layout of streets and wooded avenues.
Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.
Other Things to Note:
The pool guy takes care of the pool a couple of times per week according to his availability.
** Staff will enter and proceed with the regular tasks, regardless of client authorization or escorting.
** If available, the jetted tub may be heated. Jets can be turned on for 2 hours maximum each time.
** Pool waterfall can be turned on for 2 hours maximum each time.
Obs. Failure to respect maximum period on (2 hours) will greatly increase the risk of burning and breaking the system entirely.
** Children from 0 to 12 years old are not allowed in the property
** Smoking even in external areas, pets, parties and events are prohibited.
** No glass is allowed near the pool due to the risk of breaking (R$ 1200 penalty if we need to empty the pool to clean it)
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm till 8am. No external sound systems, amplifiers, etc. are allowed.
* No visits are accepted in the apartment nor the building.
* A list of full names + passports or id # is required up to 10 days before check-in
* At check-in, everything is in very good shape. You must inform of any irregularity or details in the first 24 hours
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Bookings of length period from 10 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* We are not responsible for third-party outages such as water, electricity, cable, internet
* No recordings and/or videos (public or private) of the property/building can be shared/distributed, online or otherwise.
* Returning the keys with delay at check-out without our prior approval can incur in a charge of 2 night's rent
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
Interaction with Guests:
We are currently doing self check-ins and check-outs and leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need a help or suggestion from us.
