Property was conveniently located for getting to and from the Ripken baseball tournament. The house accommodated our group of 9 perfectly. The bunk bed room off the game area was really small but my 12y boys really liked it! Hot tub was lovely and we could catch fireworks while enjoying it every night. Our host was always quick to respond.

The location was perfect for our activities, and the layout of the house was perfect for our family. We stayed in one of the units 2 years ago and were very pleased which is why we came back. For only being 3 years old, the unit was very worn. The floors and carpet were filthy, the sheets and mattress pad were terribly worn, and the handles fell off several of the cabinets. Maintenance and cleaning are definitely needed at this unit.

We had plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Everything was clean. The only thing we found that was different from what we expected was the size of the pool at The Cove. It was super small. Other than that, everything was perfect and we will be back!

The house was wonderful. We had 9 of us stay and 2 dogs and it was plenty of room. Kids enjoyed the foosball table and pacman as well as the board games provided. Great communication with host and quick to answer questions. It was a perfect quick getaway for our family. Highly recommend.

Very good host. Very good communication. Very good place to stay. No steep hills. 5 min walk to a small store and pizza place. House was very clean and neat. The kids really enjoyed it as well!

Our host was very attentive and quickly responded thru messaging during our stay. We had 6 adults and 3 children and we had plenty of room and enjoyed the space. The hot tub was a highlight!

We had a great time staying here. Convent location to all attractions. The house was clean and had all needed items for cooking (plates, spatulas, bowls, and pans). My kids loved the bunk beds on the top floor and the park (very short distance from the cabin). My only Con about the property and it’s at no fault of the home owner is the closeness to the the road. There was a lot of road noise that sound machines couldn’t drown out.

Let me start by saying we had a great stay, and really enjoyed it! Minor issues with cleanliness. Floors needed to be mopped more on the upper level. We found a few items under the beds, but nothing crazy. Minor wear and tear on cabinets, shower handles, and cookware. Everything was usable though, just a lot of ware. We also didn’t have the best experience with internet… it worked a little, and then not much. It’s not a major problem, just a bummer for the ones who brought a game system with them to play, and literally couldn’t use internet.. Pool was quite small but great for what we needed it for! The kids really enjoyed the hot tub too! It wasn’t an issue for us but the cabins are REALLY close to one another, just something to keep in mind if you want more of a private stay. We had a hard time with finding it in the dark, we checked in late, but it was right off parkway on Dollywood Lane! Plenty of parking! Would stay again, though!

Great house with plenty of space! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, TVs. Foosball and Pac-Man were so much fun. We could watch the Dollywood fireworks from the hot tub every night around 9:40! Very clean, everything up to date, brand new appliances. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots and pans, plates etc. Plenty of parking, safe neighborhood tucked away. Cute playground and tiny pool. Dog friendly, with a fenced in area at the top of the neighborhood so we could let them off their leashes. Location was in the center of everything we wanted to do, and we could get there quick from the backroads and avoid parkway traffic . It is next to a busy main road though, so expect some loud road noise at all times. The garbage collectors also emptied the dumpster next to the house at 4:30 every morning which was disruptive. Host was very kind and great with communication.
