The space

The Chalet:

✦ For your comfort, the chalet features 4 private bedrooms. In the basement, discover 3 bedrooms, two with a queen bed and the third with a double bed. The fourth bedroom, located on the upper floor, welcomes you with a queen bed, a double bed, and a spacious wardrobe.

✦ The fully-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals during your stay. Refined utensils, sharp knives, quality cookware, pots, and pans are at your disposal. Enjoy a complete range of appliances, a fondue pot, a raclette set, and a drip coffee maker. We provide essential food items such as ground coffee, tea, cooking oil, spices, salt, and pepper to meet all your expectations.

✦ The living area, open to the dining room, creates a friendly and warm atmosphere, accentuated by the gas fireplace. Relax in the living room equipped with a smart TV and an electronic dartboard.

✦ Our spacious yard offers a playground for children, a barbecue, and a spa under a gazebo to enjoy the hot tub in all weather conditions.

✦ Finally, the chalet offers a bathroom on each floor, providing a shower or bath. The basement bathroom, equipped with a washer-dryer, is available for a carefree stay.

✦ You will have access to the entire chalet and its outdoor spaces in complete privacy.

✦ By booking with us, you will receive a Guest Manual providing you with all the important information about the chalet, along with addresses of nearby activities and relevant stores!
Other things to note

*DOGS*
We accept a maximum of 1 dog under strict conditions and only with our authorization. You must notify us in advance and show us official documentation if you have a service dog.
Additional fees: $100 per stay, per dog.
Conditions:
๏ You must have at least 3 positive comments from previous experiences;
๏ Your dog must be over 1 year old and weigh less than 40 lbs;
๏ Your dog must be "clean": dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture. Should you find it impossible to prevent your dog from climbing onto beds or furniture, we encourage you to bring your own bedding (blankets for beds and sofas) during your stay. This will help to prevent or minimize the cost of any additional cleaning charges.
๏ Your dog must not cause a noise nuisance for neighbors and must be on a leash at all times when outside.
๏ You must pick up after their dog at all times and keep the yard clean.
We will take a $500 penalty if any of these rules are not respected.

*TV*
There are several smart TVs available, but we don't offer cable channels.

*BARBECUE*
The barbecue is not accessible from November to April. During winter, if you plan to use the barbecue, it is your responsibility to prepare it and clear the access area of snow.

*FIREPLACE / LOGS*
You have access to the outdoor fireplace, however you must bring your own wood. I suggest you bring kindling and paper to help start the fire. Also, as lighters disappear easily, I advise you to bring one. You can buy wood and accessories near the chalet, the addresses will be in your guest manual. The outdoor fire pit is not plowed from November to April, so if you want to use the outdoor fireplace in winter, it is your responsibility to clear the access.

It is FORBIDDEN to use fireworks.

*HOT TUB*
The hot tub is at your disposal all year long, but you are required to bring your own towels.

*LADYBUGS*


The seasonal changes in spring and autumn also bring the arrival of colorful little visitors seeking warmth: ladybugs. You may encounter them during your stay in these seasons. Rest assured, they are completely harmless to your health.
