Leave your car at the house as a short walk takes you to the main shopping centre and cafes or enjoy the stroll along the riverside boardwalk to cafes, restaurants and the main surf beach, which is patrolled in the summer months.
The Space:
Enjoy an ideal home away from home with all the conveniences you would expect to find in a family holiday house. Relax in a light filled, open plan living and dining area downstairs with a wood burning fire. A north facing deck with BBQ and outdoor setting allows you to enjoy the tranquil setting among the gum trees with abundant bird life.
Upstairs is a separate retreat where the children can watch TV or select from an extensive range of books and toys, including Lego and brio. There are 3 well-appointed bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen bed, the second and third bedrooms each have 2 king single beds and built-in robes. The family bathroom downstairs contains a bath, shower and toilet. An additional toilet and vanity are located upstairs near the bedrooms.

++ Payment Terms – (excluding Airbnb bookings) If you are booking within 30 days of arrival, the full balance will be taken immediately. If you’re booking 30+ days from arrival a 50% deposit is to be paid at time of booking and the balance will be taken approximately 1 week before your stay.
Bookings made for arrivals between 20th December and 31st January, a 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the balance will be taken in the 1st week of December. For any bookings made after December 1st for these dates, the full amount will be taken at the time of reservation.
Guest Access:
Once the rental agreement and ID form have been returned, guests will receive an automated SMS before 9:30am on the day of your arrival. The key is to be retuned back into the key safe using the same code on departure.
