San Simeon 47 is a bright 2-bedroom apartment, located on the fifth floor, offering a comfortable stay for up to 6 guests.
With resort facilities including beachfront pool, BBQ, tennis court and adults only rooftop spa and sauna, its perfect for your next family holiday!
The apartment has recently been renovated with a brand new kitchen, new flooring and stylish new furnishings and fixtures.
After a big day in the sun, you can sit back and relax in the comfortable living area with smart TV and unlimited Wi-Fi. There is also a double sofa bed, perfect for kids or overnight visitors to stay.
The living area opens onto the beachfront balcony which offers sweeping ocean views. This is the perfect spot to enjoy sunset drinks or whale watch in winter.
The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need to cook and entertain on holidays, including dishwasher. Prepare meals with ease while enjoying the ocean breeze.
The master bedroom has one queen bed and renovated ensuite and the second bedroom has 2 single beds. Both rooms have ceiling fans and offer incredible ocean views.
San Simeon 47 also offers a renovated main bathroom with walk in shower, plus separate toilet and laundry with washing machine and dryer.
San Simeon is located on the absolute beachfront with resort facilities including beachfront pool, BBQ, tennis court and adults only rooftop spa and sauna. There is secure underground parking for one car.

Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.
