A maximum of 5 vehicles is permitted per reservation. Please ensure all vehicles comply with community regulations.

• Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM

Check-out is by 10:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee of $45 per hour, subject to availability.

If you need this service, please contact us in advance so we can check availability for you.

• Trash & Waste Disposal

All trash must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags and disposed of in the trash bins located at the front of the house.

Trash is collected every morning by HOA.

• Pool & Spa Heating (Optional)

Pool and hot tub heating is available for $35 per day.

We recommend requesting pool heat at least 3 days in advance for optimal temperature upon arrival.

• Grill Rental (Optional)

A 4-burner grill is available for $105 per week, including one full propane tank.

• Additional days: $15 per day

• Extra propane refill: $40

• Starter Supplies

We provide a starter supply of trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels.

For longer stays, guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed.

• Towels Policy

Bath towels are provided for indoor bathroom use only.

Pool towels provided at the home are for the private pool area only.

If you plan to visit the clubhouse pool, water park, beach, or other off-site locations, please bring your own towels from home.

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Pool Heating Service

$35 per day

Please request at least 24 hrs before check-in so the water’s toasty when you arrive (heating takes time!)

Grill Rental

4 Burner ($105/week) One full propane tank is provided.

Additional day: $15 per day

Extra Propane Gas: $40

Please note that f you require an extra propane tank during your stay (for example, if the gas runs out due to frequent use), the vendor charges an additional $40 for the refill.

Pool Heater Operational Hours: 9AM-9PM

Please send your pool request 3 days before your arrival.

The pool heater must be turned on for the full duration of your stay.

Please note that during winter cold months, pool heaters will generally heat the water temperature to 78-82°F and may be unable to go much higher because of the cold ambient temperature.

• Fresh bed linens & towel sets for every guest.

• Pool towels: for use at the home’s private pool only—please don’t take them to the resort clubhouse or hang them over the pool fence.

The house accommodates up to 5 vehicles

No parking on grass or sidewalks – Strictly prohibited

One-side street parking only – Follow posted street signs

No street parking on Kaipo Rd. – Unauthorized vehicles will be towed

Tow enforcement: Violators may be towed without warning from 8 PM to 7 AM

Guest Registration

• Before arrival, please provide the full names of everyone in your party who is 18 years old or older. This is required by the resort for gate access and helps us streamline your check-in.

Resort pass sharing is not allowed.

House Rules

No smoking or vaping inside the home.
No parties or events—thank you for respecting our neighbors.
Resort quiet hours are 10 PM – 7 AM; please keep noise to a minimum during this time.

Guests have keyless access to the entire house using the digital lock with a keypad on the front door as well as private outdoor areas.

Most expensive/least enjoyable home rented to date

Home is as pictured no curtains preventing golfers view no TV's other than communal, game room air broken 86 degrees Grill arrived 2 days late, Pool/hot tub filthy with foam and fishy smell upon arrival. Treated but 5 of 6 kids developed rash. Local Police confirmed Community notorious for towing vehicles frivolous reasons.300 cash Property managers unresponsive. No help/no refund.

Promises Unfulfilled but Good Overall for Family Gatherings

The house was mostly great, and offered the perfect location for this very busy neighborhood right next to Clubhouse. Parking isn’t ideal for a 10 bdrm house; We reported problems with a leaking toilet that was resolved, and reported problems with an HVAC system that did not shut off on it’s own (upstairs unit) and that resulted in an older family member getting sick as it was freezing. - Sadly, this was never resolved during our stay. The property needs some minor wear and tear updates like painting on marred walls in stairwells, missing toilet paper holder, and get rid of duct tape repairs in “featured” Game Room. Grill should also be part of the rental. Paying extra for an external rental company grill is ridiculous gouging.

Near Waterpark and perfect for family of 21!

Perfect for our family of 21! Almost every family had their own bathroom. There is a tub in master! We were informed there was not one but there was.Best thing we did was heat the pool for our February stay. The pool was perfect temp even in the evenings. The waterpark is only open till 6pm so we utilized our pool later in the evening. The kids splash pad was cold. The kitchen had all the cooking items we needed to make our own meals. The location was amazing for us. It was right next door to the waterpark… and near the entrance of the resort. With that this was not a concern for us but the road that drives past the house can get busy. Lots of fast food/restaurants/grocery store with in minutes. Publix was our go to place. The playroom was fun for the kids. There is not a lot of parking in the driveway (2 cars) but you can park across the street in front of the house. The first time you check in at the resort there is sometimes a waiting period to get checked in. Once checked in you can bypass the left side and show your pass and it’s simple to drive in on the right side. In all we would recommend it! We did have a little difficulty prior to arrival on some of our questions getting answered but as long as you allow enough time for them to respond it was ok.

Points relating to the Web page:•Photos show (as a selling point) a BBQ on the patio and gives the impression this is available to use – it is not. A portable BBQ can be hired but for the price of the property rental we felt this should have been included.•Internet was advertised as lightning fast – it wasn’t.•Balcony listed as a feature – couldn’t find a balcony.•Listed as ‘Best Decorated’ in the Resort – it was in need of decorating – lots of marks on the wall and skirting boards in particular.•Resort quiet hours ‘10pm – 7am’ – there was ‘activity and noise later and earlier than these hours stated.•Listed as parking for 5 vehicles – 2 max.General points:•Due to the proximity to the Resort facilities (the putting course backs on to the pool area of the villa) a better shield would have been appreciated – only a 3ft hedge in place. This allowed people playing golf to look in at us whilst using the pool and also whilst dining inside.•The curtains either side of the patio doors were for decoration purpose and were not functional – this would have helped with the above point.•The Patio door was very difficult to lock – in some cases we weren’t sure if it was locked.•Lack of adequate quantity of crockery/cutlery/pans for the occupancy level advertised (sleeps 27). We had to buy additional cutlery and baking trays (only one provided). The property is advertised as having a ‘Gourmet’ Kitchen – it is far from this.•Only x2 sun loungers (both in need of repair
